I'm one of those Ark players who likes the "regular dinosaurs" for the most part, but I'll admit that the Deinotherium looks amazing as a creature. I'd love to see ARK Additions added to the vanilla game, partly for the creatures and unique taming methods, and partly for the sound design. Garuga does a phenomenal job with the audio for his creatures.

I had been wondering when Syntac would make a mutating Deinotheriums video, I love his creature mutation videos.

Yaay Cluster is back poooooog Thanks it bud o/ I'm so glad to see cluster vids \o/ Okay so about Savage Acro, lemme give you some tips to Syntac and whoever who read this you guys, I don't wanna be the nerdy guy here, just some useful tips here. He works like a combat-oriented MMO rpg boss. His "mechanic" is to avoid his dangerous attacks, wich are pre-told to you with a text in the screen, also you should watch out for his animations, just like mmo bosses. He will shake his body, and then do two of the followings: 1. Three-Stomp Combo. It's the same as your avarage Acro's stomp when they are buffed with adrenaline, difference is, that His stomp IGNORES saddle, and player Armor, will allways do 100% damage to your tames, wich is between 7k-10k, per stomp, wich stuns, and dismounts if get hit. You have plenty of time to avoid this. 2. Bellow. He will ONLY do this if he is "enraged", or he is in his adrenaline stance, wich he will tell you with a text "Savage Acro is very angry". When the dangerous attack comes, he will take a huge breath, sucking in your tames. Then do a bellow. The Bellow ignores armor, such as the stomp, but it deals around 60k-100k dmg. That is not an overestimation. It will decimate anything. My most favored method of avoid the bellow is just spam the "move-to" command wich I keybind to "y". AS he prepeares the strike. Remember, everytime he shakes his body while ascending his head, that should be a "dangerous attack" . My recommendation for this fight, in tames: 1. Rexes - Yea kinda boring way to deal with this boss, but they are one of the coolest and most reliable boss-killers in ARK. In this fight, agility is key, you need speed here. Yes Rexes can be very slow, but their quick turn radius helps the fight, and they can avoid the strikes if needed. 2. Allos - Hard hitting, medium durability, and the best in agility. If you have Allos with around 30k hp with good saddle around 80-90 armor, you can defeat this guy. Will take time, but if you do everything right, you don't need to change a mount. 3. Theris - Same with allos, but more duraeble, and able to heal themself with Veggie Cake. They are an awesome choice for the fight. 4. Acros - Acros are same as Rexes, very tanky, sometimes very lumbering, but with good turn radius. If they manage to get stuck on the Acro, they might go into adrenaline while they getting hit with dangerous attacks, giving them invincible-frames to avoid damage. Altho, i think they won't be able to get into adrenaline because of the stuns. 5. Yutyrannus - An Obvious choice for every encounter. Buffing your dinos, and is agile enough to avoid Savage's dangerous attacks. What I do not recommend for the fight, in tames: Shadowmanes, Gigas, Reapers - Theese creatures will do 90% less damage to Savage and recieve I believe 5 times more damage from him. Didn't tested Reapers, but as I've read the patch notes, Savage will perform better againts Reaper Kings. Daeodon - I know what you think here, why would we not use the "best" healer dino in the game? Well because In my experiences in current ark singleplayer, in 2022, the Daeodon sucks. Consumes 100k+ food with 1-2 healing wave what heals only 100 hp. ONE HUNDRED. Dunno why this works this way, but nope. Use an Owl. Slow Tames - Unfortunately Slow mounts are a no-go for Savage because you won't be able to dodge his "dangerous attacks" So taking a hunting pack of 4-5 creatures is a tactic for him, you can allways prepeare multiple groups around the area where you want to fight him, also you can the ol' fashioned send in 300 creatures in as waves, and that will eventually fell Savage. Allright that's it from me. Cheers.

Hi Syntac, I love your videos. How do you stop the server from removing dinos over level 450? I have a G Portal Server but whenever I mutation stack I try not to go over level 450 to prevent them from being deleted. Is there a setting on G Portal for this?

i love these mutation videos mostly because i can barely understand how to mutate a creature, i have lots of mutations stacked for a dodo in its health and melee by ACCIDENT

Ive been curious about the savage acro boss. I tried some dinos with commands in. That had almost a million hp. And the savage acro killed them in what seemed like 1 shot. Does it do health % damage? Or have moves that 1 shot? Trying to figure out so I can better know how to approach it when I do genuinely fight it.

How do you get 200+ mutations doing only meele, hp, stam and weight?
