I start the 75 HARD Challenge from today, 24TH Sep - 10th Dec: 1. Exercise, starting from Yoga to later start weight training (45 min + 30 min walking) 2. Meditation and Chanting (15 (min) 3. Reading a book (15 min at the start of the day) 4. Coding and preparing for Interview (1.5 hours a day) 5. And the most important 3L water everyday :)

​@@N_artt plan your day wisely like college hours total 8 hours and 2 hr for. Personal hygiene 4 to 6 hours for your goal like exercising , reading books , learning new skill etc.

i'll be 30 this year, and i feel like Ishaan is being my grandpa (even though he is younger than me) who used to say these things to be when i was a teenager to trigger me to do stuffs... I left my job two years ago... At my highest, i was a marketing manager in the tourisms industry and at my lowest i was in depression due to a heart break. That depression was 5 years ago. I dont feel good at all and at anything. 2 years ago, I took some time off to look into what i can do on a freelancing basis... so i tried social media management but i feel that am not good at it, i tried blogging (even though i hate writing) i went into a toxic firm into digital marketing and because i was a newbee everyone made me feel bad. Am liking editing right now but 3 days learning into it and 1 week pause ....like i struggle just to learn and apply. I know i cant remain like this... so i will dive again and try to do it again. I am commenting this here as KZfaq is my main distraction and each and every time someone will like my comment, i'll be triggered to do something else on my free time instead of roam around the internet. It's the 1 sep and the challenge will be finished on the 14rh of november....and guess what on the 15th its my birthday. I'll be 30. so yeah. that's my challenge for the remaining of this year. 1. Be serious about my workout schedule 2. Daily water intake 3. Stop scrolling on social media 4. Read at least two more books (currently trying to finish from "zero to one") 5. Two months of learning as much as i can on video editing and painting/drawing (as i have 2 month free skillshare account) 6. Daily documentation of what i did Please like my comment if ever you've read it or even reply back so that I can be accountable every now and then 🙏

@@rohanmahalle9311 it's been two weeks... am tbh I am not really satisfied. The hardest part is to stop scrolling or watching movies/shows But I am happy about my exercise schedule, water intake, reading. For some reason my account on skillshare got blocked and they aren't doing much at the skillshare team to resolve the issue. It's been 10 days. I sold a painting but it was a copy of something (this is what the client wanted) For the documentation part, I downloaded the 75 hard app to keep track and I have a notebook to journal day and the hit and miss. Thank you so much for asking....how about you?

So about this challenge UPDATE In some days this will end my I will not say that my life changed tremendously and I could follow this up. But I would say that am half way there 😁😁😁 I could read a whole book. Stayed hydrated. Been going consistently to the gym and lost 1 kg ( got pcos and it's not easy for me to lose weight), did some journaling every time I wanted to. And above all, I've been able to watch and learn video editing.still a beginner though 😊 so overall am a bit satisfied

Here are some tips from me - 1.Delete social media (insta , fb , twitter) [don't do if you're making money , producing content] 2. Maintain an everyday diary , write down what you did everyday . one by one. 3. Exercise everyday . Strength training 6 times a week and cardio 3-4 times. 4. Take showers no matter the water is hot or cold. 5. Be conscious about your meals. Eat more protein , and balance fats , carbs and fibre . 6. Play chess 7. Personality development is important (meet new people , learn starting conversations ) 8. Learn shopping , go to bazar with mom or dad . Don't let those fish sellers fool you ☠️. It's very important. 9.Stop addictions (smoking , alcohol, phub , masturbation) 10. Learn how to be presentable .

As a Dr, and a health enthusiast, 5 L of water is excessive. anything more than 4 L (With your level of exercise), should purely be only if u feel thirsty. Look it up.

I am exactly doing this like maintaining healthy diet, working out, upskilling , reading books everyday from June And also in addition I am using little bit time which free for little games , animes, mangas . @@N_artt I don't think going college, scoring more than 80% attendance and having good GPA does not seem worth it for me personally, But if you gives yourself just 2 years at home studying just 8 hrs a day, you will build a empire, that's for sure. I personally regrets, why i joined the college and why i have wasted so much of valuable time. I'm still regretting but i can't do whatever the time i have wasted in my college. since i'm from Nepal, i did not learn anything in my college, whatever i have learning right now are from the paid courses available on google & youtube. so, college does not seem worth it for me, But please be sure that, I did not mean that, Ohhhh Don't go to college that is your decision. so Learn different skills like personal development, communication skills, time management and so on. so yeah.

Altering it my way, I dont think I will be posting daily on sm because it will distract me and then there'll be no point in continuing with the challenge which aims to make me mentally strong and immune to distractions! But I will definitely document my journey and also make daily collages for self-motivation! :)

Ishan I watched till the end and I am ready to take up the 75 hard challenge. I will do it from tomorrow onwards that is 15th of september and try my best. It is not a immediate decision It has been going on my mind since the last 5-10 days and I think I am ready for it now. hope so I succeed along with you.
