I Designed an Update Idea for the Riden RD6024 PC Software that Would be Awesome if Implemented

I contacted Glen (Super guy by the way) at RuiDeng, and sent him an email about the changes to the Riden PC Software. He likes the idea very much, but said he is not sure if the team will want to do it. My goal with this video was to show you how with my fresh design of the interface, it would make the software much much easier to use and to see more detail of the graph.
If you have a Riden series Power Supply, and also use the software to control the Riden, and you like the idea that I came up with, please - please, get in contact with RuiDeng through their Amazon Official Store, and send Glen a message that you would like to see this in the upcoming update. I am sure if enough users ask for this change, it will more than likely get done.
Glen is awesome to talk too, and will answer any questions that you have regarding any product that they sell I have been using RuiDeng products for years, and I absolutely love the attention to detail they put into each product.
If you like this type of video, please let me know in the comments about a subject you would like to discuss and I will do my best to create a video on that subject, or if you have a video idea for a DIY project, A review of a product or anything else, I will be happy to create that content as well.

thank you so much for your suggest and your video , yes, you gave many suggestion for PC software, These suggestions are indeed very good and very practical, but some seemingly simple things require a lot of time and cost to modify. Our engineers have responded and will consider it, but these changes cannot be completed at once and may require a long process. I hope you will be patient. Thank you very much

It is great to know that the team will consider these changes, and I for one, am excited about the possibility of it happening. I will be patient... @@rdtech9153 In general, I have to tell you the truth and this is not just my opinion. Please, gentlemen from RuiDeng, do not be offended. Your products that you create are very wonderful and of excellent quality. But the same cannot be said about software. The phone application and the personal computer program are very poor and unfinished. This applies to the functional operation of applications and the design of programs for computers and for phones. It’s as if the programmers from RuiDeng were stuck at the turn of the 70s of the last century. I repeat that there are no complaints about the equipment being produced. Everything you create is at the highest level. But not programs for PCs or applications for phones. They are very inconvenient to use. Please tell your engineers and programmers to pay attention to this. I hear criticism on this topic from all my friends who have bought RuiDeng products.

Sounds like a good idea, but I think the way they label amps and volts is standard if I am not mistaken.

What is the standard?

@@vladyer3589 Volts is V, and current is I. Because Ohms law uses the I for current as well, so I think it is standard to write it that way. What do I know though right?. I am just guessing because that is the way I have always seen it presented in the US as well as other countries, but then again - what do I know?. Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, but I was working on my truck all day, and just got home finally to take a shower and relax... I have not done so much work on my truck at one time lol...
