For bank bank capacity , we have a formal to count Power bank capacity calculation method. After the power bank is fully charged, connect the meter (data first reset) with theappliance, then discharge to the stop output. Method 1: power bank capacity = measurement mAh * the output voltage+ battery voltage ÷ efficiency. Method 2: power bank capacity = measurement mWh ÷ battery voltage + efficiency. normally power bank output voltage is about 5V, internal battery voltageis about 3.7V,efficiency about 85-90%

Good video Do those battery banks have short circuit protection And is there a way to make A USB cable that plugs into them to connect them in series or parallel. That would be cool.
@Outside-In.
@Outside-In. 5 күн бұрын
I would say that there is no short-circuit protection, because there would be no need, as there is only a usb connection, so no way of creating a short-circuit connection without taking it apart and purposefully shorting the system out, or sticking a piece of metal inside the usb port. I am not sure if you could connect these in series, but you are right, that would be kinda cool, but am not sure it would be practical, because it would be much easier to just buy some 21700 batteries and connect them is series for the intended voltage. Thanks Joe for your comment and questions, very interesting. 👍👍👍

What weld current does the Malectrics show?
@Outside-In.

I think it showed around 400-450 amps with the battery and leads I was using. The heavier the gauge and length of cable, the better the performance.

@@Outside-In. Strange. I just tried the sandwich method on a brand new Samsung INR21700 40T and it wouldn't stick at all. Weld current was ~409 A. I eventually cut off the copper strip that was in the pack I was repairing, soldered nickelstrip to the copper bar then succesfully spot welded the nickelstrip to the battery. Two years ago I repaired an identical pack and I had zero issues welding the same type of copper strip. The only difference I can think of it that the tips were sharper back then.
@Outside-In.
@Outside-In. 6 күн бұрын
@@jcvjcvjcvjcv Spot welding copper is the hardest thing for a welder to perform. Make sure the copper strip is not more than 0.1mm thick, and the nickel also not more than 0.1 or 0.15mm. If that still does not work, you may have to sharpen the needles a bit, or at least sand the tips to clean them so they can provide a better weld.

You will need to watch the video, I give step by step instructions in the video on how to accomplish what you are asking. Once you have opened the folder on your cell phone, move the videos to a location on your android device. Once the glasses are connected to your cell phone, the glasses will show up as a flash drive, and then all you need to do is to copy the files you want to your cell phone. If you need further assistance, I can try and create another video showing how to accomplish this... @Outside-In.
@Outside-In. 10 күн бұрын
Actually voltage has nothing to do with it. It is the amps and time it takes to charge that determines the mAh of a battery pack. I took the pack apart, and charged each cell individually, and they rated at just over 2200mAh each which is a total of 2200 mAh capacity for the pack, but I guess you could say that the pack would probably be more like 2000mAh drawing around 1amp, but since the blower uses 4 amps on level 1, that would probably be more like 1400mAh of capacity "If you only use level 1 for the complete runtime. Just a guess though. The more amps you draw from a pack, the less capacity you will get out of it, and the same with charging, the less you charge a pack, say 1 amp, you will get a higher capacity rating than charging at 2 amps. Thanks for your comment - much appreciated👍

Does the most expensive model give a longer battery life than the 1080p (1620p) model which only gives 1 hour? Is there any difference in the models apart from "Wi-Fi" in the 4K model? I do not know about the 4K glasses. About getting the clear lenses with which model, I do not know that either. I purchased the 1080p - Black Frames - 128GB version. Maybe the more capacity glasses come with the clear lenses, I do not know. The description for mine did not even show clear lenses, so was surprised to find them in the box. I have tried to contact customer support for answers to questions, but have gotten no response from them. Maybe that is one of the downsides of buying inexpensive - I don't know that either - just a guess LOL. Sounds like we are all in the same boat, we just have to cross our fingers, buy it, and see what comes, but that actually sounds like a gamble to me... When I purchased mine, I just thought that if they were no good, I would just return them, but they are great. I have seen comments on Amazon that say the 1080P UHD glasses I reviewed in this video are hard to tell apart from the 4K version and not to waste the money, but I simply don't know for sure, because I cannot afford to do a comparison video of them. I can only go by what I have read. I don't know about the battery life for the more expensive ones either, as I cannot afford to purchase the more expensive glasses. I would not want to give information on a hunch, as that would not be fair to anyone. Interesting about the clear lenses, mine came with them, so not sure why yours did not. I would say to contact the seller, but people are saying that customer support sucks, and I am still waiting to hear back from them myself after sending a message to them more than a month ago, so it is unfortunate that they sell great glasses but do no selling of their customer support... I would like to give better and more helpful information, but if I speculate, I would do more harm than good. I do the best I can, but these videos cost a lot of money to make, and so far I am getting no help, so I am very limited on what I can do - hope you understand. 👍

So all you are doing is buying a bunch of cheap monitors and comparing them with each other? Wouldn't you need an expensive unit to actually measure if these devices work?
@Outside-In.
@Outside-In. 13 күн бұрын
No, I was doing much more than that. I was finding fake ones and exposing them, finding inexpensive ones that most of us can afford. If you have $10,000.00 or more, and would like to buy one for me to use, I would be very happy to use it.... I did what I did with what I had, and sometimes we have to use the Pinto to teach someone how to drive and not kill themselves, because we can't afford the Bentley which is a much more capable and safer car, it doesn't mean that using the Pinto is the wrong way. As long as you know what you are doing and are knowledgeable in the field (and I am), it doesn't matter what you use, just as long as you know the product you are using is close enough to accurate, and that is all anyone needs - close, not pin-point. Besides, the only two monitors that I recommend for anyone is a CO and CO2 monitor, all the others just cause undue stress and mental health issues from paranoia, and why I don't cover air quality any longer. I am tired of feeding into the paranoia that is air quality. People are afraid to leave their homes, go camping, get together with friends and family over a camp fire, it is just ridiculous, how about this air purifier, will that one be better - NO just open a window and live life instead of being afraid of it... Thanks for your comment and concern - it is much appreciated 👍

I think it is great that you invested a lot of time and effort... In creating these tests to examine what the manufacturers claim to be for the product's performance. and the depth of your testing....demonstrates to others what you are finding. You even examined the data and started to think about what it means and some possibilities for why you came up with some of the results that you did. And you provided that discussion in your video. I don't own either of these two particular products, But I own a similar product. Overall I'm very happy with my air duster it performs the job I needed to really well, my only comment on why you are probably getting some of the results you are explaining to us.... Typically in products like these the batteries are not what they claim to be, or the quality of the battery is not what it should be to get the performance they claim. Products like these are very competitive and often times cost-cutting comes into play after the product goes into production I suspect the amp hour rating for the batteries are lower than what you believe them to be. There's only one way to find that out and that is open the devices up and see what the label printed on the batteries are. But that's entirely up to you the devices seem like nice devices and you've explained to us in great detail their performance, I think overall people could be happy with your preferred choice with these products. I like how you have collected some test equipment and showed us how you perform the tests and collected the data. And I agree with you there is a lot of thought you put into this review and is time consuming but you are providing great information to people on these devices. 🙂

Thank you LonnDawg for your sentiments, very much appreciated. Yes, it is very unfortunate about the Meco Eleverde, as it is probably the most attractive blower I have in my arsenal, although the Aoboco is a very very nice looking device as well, and continues to blow all competition out of the water. It is very very unfortunate that Aoboco doesn't sell their device any longer. I contacted Aoboco, but they have not gotten back to me as of yet, so not sure what is going on with such an incredible piece of hardware. The Roedix R9 is absolutely incredible, but the price has me choking for real. I just can't understand why they would be asking so much money for this. Yes, it is nice to have such a powerful device in such a small form factor, but small form factor in my humble opinion, does not equate to double the price - Just Absolutely - No Way... But - I still do love the Roedix though, and will be using is quite a bit that is for sure. Thanks also for the acknowledgement on the time it takes to put together videos like this, and I take it you must do something similar as that is truly the only way to know what goes into a production. A big thumbs up for your thoughts and sentiments. It is weird that you mentioned taking one apart, because that is just what I was thinking as I was putting the final touches on the video and uploading it. It might be a very good idea for us to take a look inside to see what in the world is going on, because to tell you the truth, the battery in the Meco Eleverde is acting more like a capacitor, except of course for the charge times - 5 hours on a 1 amp charge??????. Really???, and 3 on a 2 amp charge to be able to power it for 24 minutes on level 1 and 13 minutes on level 2 - crazy. 🤔🤔🤔

Steven, you did it again. I don't know what turned me on to 'blue light' glasses but it was years ago. And I know my eyes feel better when wearing them. The review was terrific I can't thank you enough. Everyone should subscribe to your channel just for these nuggets if no other reason. But, there are so many reasons. Have a wonderful weekend, my friend.

Thank you Robert. I am just thankful that Bob Rooney asked me to do a video like this, because I didn't know what I was missing out on not wearing blue light blocking reading glasses... So yes, I hope that this video helps so many others that need to know about wearing these type of glasses when spending hours and days in front of a computer LOL.

This is another video from a viewer request. Bob Rooney asked if I could create a video comparing computer glasses that block blue light - on the inexpensive side vs more expensive side. I found two inexpensive pairs of glasses on AliExpress, and also found a pair - more expensive on Amazon, and since Bob was curious if cheap was just as good as more expensive, I decided to get the more expensive pair from Amazon and give that a compare to the cheaper ones on AliExpress. Hope you enjoy this comparison, and if you would like to see more comparison videos, please ask me about something you would like me to test for you, and I will be happy to create a video just for you. Below are the links to the glasses used in this video, and there are no affiliate links here... ------------------------------------ AliExpress: $3.96 (At time of recording this video) Blue Light Blocking Eye Protection Eyeglasses Men Square Metal Large Frame: www.aliexpress.us/item/325680... $2.56 (At time of recording this video) Anti Blue Light Reading Glasses Fashion Women Men Clear Sqaure Computer Presbyopic Eyeglasses: www.aliexpress.us/item/325680... ------------------------------------- Amazon: $18.00 (At time of recording this video) EASY READ 2 Pairs Sporty Style Reading Glasses for Men,Rectangular Blue Light Blocking Readers with Spring Hinge: www.amazon.com/dp/B0C4F5NBWX?... Which Amazon air quality sensors do you recommend? I don't need a carbon monoxide detector
@Outside-In.
@Outside-In. 15 күн бұрын
I can recommend the TemTop CO2 meters, Smart Sensor CO meters. Other than that, none of the monitors I have tested still work accurately, and why I have come to know that unless you pay 250.00 or more for a monitor, it is a hit and miss on quality and longevity. The type of sensors I recommend for people to have in their homes are CO and CO2 period.

How do you off load the video of the memory when it's full or unwanted videos.
@Outside-In.
@Outside-In. 15 күн бұрын
All you have to do is to connect it to your computer (just as I show in the video), and it will pop up as a new flash drive, and then just drag your videos from the movie folder into a folder on your PC. It is that simple. Thanks for the question, I hope this helps.

Interesting looking device. I just can't afford to do any more videos about air quality, the monitors are just too expensive. I have contacted a number of companies to send them to me for review, but Outside In is just not big enough to get companies' attention yet.

What's the driver to allow the switcher to work in OBS??????????? Please Thanks
@Outside-In.
@Outside-In. 19 күн бұрын
Unless you are using Windows 7, there are no special drivers for this to work. When you install the software for the LivePro L1, just open OBS, and add a video device, and select your device from the list. My device was listed as "RGBlink USB 3.0 Capture". I hope this helps.
