You can save them for later for healing, and you get them at the end of the level without needing to manually pick them up.

Just a tip for you When you sound annoyed we do get bored aswell so please dont sound that way while making videos and try to keep a cheerful attitude towards your gameplay (Trust me this will help you grow faster)
