Okay, okay. It seems a lot of you did the same thing. Personally I play Genshin in 5-10 minute chunks so it was a bit of a challenge lol.

I don't think they made the time limit 30 days because of its difficulty. I think they made it like that so new players can have a chance to play it, which is really nice.

I'm glad this event is so long and lets people finish it at their own pace, whether it's at breakneck speeds like this or my own snail pace (I only just finished the last tower and maxing the bokuso box yesterday).

They should really implement in the overworld what they did in the event where if you complete the map it now shows you chest that you haven't open yet, too many times where I see chest on a map I 100% already.

I remember clearing this event in like 2 sittings and being like wow there’s still 40 days left for this event

In my opinion, adventuring this event was fun and I was also able to do this event in under 5 hours after it came out

I really loved that there was no time gating. Hardcore players could speed run it from day 1, and casuals could take their own time without pressure for the event to expire. Also, no need to rush through ar to participate. Lots of rewards, puzzles and combat, one of the best events I can remember since I started in 1.4

Moga please tell me you picked up the chest at 36:02, you jump immediately down without picking it up in the video those are 5 whole primos which you definitely need to get Ayato trust me

i’m glad we had lots of time to do this event, for some reason i can’t stay in enkanomiya for too long because i feel dizzy and nauseous after a while. i completed it in a week!

Needing to collect materials to unlock the teleport waypoints was a PAIN

I really liked seeing the chests on the map (even better once you fully upgrade the box) because I had a very clear goal to reach. I liked the feeling of accomplishment as I slowly cleared every area and was certain that I didn't miss anything. That is my main problem with open world games (like this one usually): I end up wandering and I lose track of where I am going or what I was supposed to do and I have to circle back a hundred times to find more items/loot and even then you are never certain you got it all. This event made my little completionist self very happy.

I'm a new player with about 27 days worth of login game play. This was me a week into my return. I bum rushed ar11-ar30 and enkonomiya for this event. Still not sure if its was worth it but 1 thing's for sure, it was a hell of a ride

It took me 3 weeks to finish this because I did like. one-third of the event every week before ignoring it for another 6 days. Would've loved to finish it in one sitting (so I didn't have to keep track of how many chests I'd opened) but I get headaches if I play for over an hour so :')

The actual content in the event was great. Exploring an amazing map while fighting enemies, collecting loot and learning about the lore is peak genshin. There just wasn’t enough sadly. After you completed it there’s literally no replayability, just like the rest of the game sadly.

I’ve been doing it in little intervals because I usually only play Genshin for like 20 minutes. Doing it in chunks also helps me resist the urge to do a couple 10 pulls to “build pity”.

I really enjoyed this event. I loved that they didn't time gate it and it gave what felt like a ton of rewards for just exploring the area. I hope they do something similar to this in future updates.

I LOVED this event. I thought I didn’t like exploring bc I hate exploring Inazuma but turns out it’s just Inazuma that I don’t like. Personally I enjoy combat over puzzles. While this event had some puzzles they were imo much more simple than the ones in Inazuma. I finished this evet in one sitting while my Inazuma exploration is sitting at 45%. One of the more important parts also that I didn’t mention yet was the chests were much more rewarding. I enjoy my gameplay as what I call “brain dead,” I’d rather just sit there enjoying it instead of being annoyed bc I can’t figure something out. But idk if that’s just me

Oh man, finding those last stone slates was a nightmare. I kept circling around the puzzle and couldn't figure out that I had to do it again.

tbh this is one of my favorite events, its fun and we can complete it in one sitting so we dont have to wait like in other events no wonder i did it in 2/3 days..

I finished mine 4hrs after release. It was interesting but, oh boy, I never expected it to be that quick. At the end I was like "now what?" I blame myself of being such a completionist every time that there is content. I just cant compromise the feeling of having actual content.

I completed it in a single day too but I'm really glad the event is this long, I would've been really stressed about not finishing if it was like 2 weeks instead of 40 days. And I also liked that you could do the whole thing in one sitting instead of the usual waiting game because a lot of people, including me, might not have a lot of time to play Genshin every day while going to school/work/etc so I'm glad they let everyone do it at their own pace.

Yeah its a big event and it's available for more than one month but i also did it in one rush, in like 5 hours haha x)

I really enjoyed taking a break and coming back to this and GRINDING it out.. tbh I loved spending time on it, and I hope they do more of this too

I did the same thing with the light puzzles. Spent about ten minutes trying to figure of how to activate it. But now I love them!

this event was really fun and i got so addicted in playing it i finsihed it in around 4 or 5ish hours,, this and the klee event are really fun definitely at the top of my favorite genshin events along with lantern rite and the bartender event

Thanks for this video! I was bogged down by opening the gloomy realm first, which I didn't really enjoy, and then felt overwhelmed by a, what I assumed would be, a really challenging event. But this video showed me what to do and what to look for and instead of feeling too overwhelmed to begin, I just let myself start. It wasn't so bad. I'm going slower than this. But I'm already over halfway done. So, thank you for all of the information. ^_^

I'm getting nostalgia off this video. I remember it once got on my nerve that they kinda force you farming chest to continue on. Compared to golden apple archipelago this is actually least pain: chest and challenge locations was shown at least by the last level of bakusl box

I loved this event! It was fairly simple yet had plenty of content, and I love exploration in the first place. I hope they have more events similar to this one!

Crammed this up within 9 hours of tine to do the event, I didn't expect the event to be done really quickly but eitherway was so fun, as I have motivation to why I should explore, specially finding Luxurious chest which gives you a gem to let you unlock a buff that activates when you have the bokuso box

Finally someone made a video on this event I been waiting an Moga came tru with the content line always. I really like this event & I am happy that I don’t have to rush it because I have been so busy and can’t play genshin for that long for a while but ounce I was free I farmed like there was no tomorrow and it was fun I definitely recommend doing this with friends it makes farming so much more fun I hope hoyoverse does an event like this more often 🥰

I did it in one sitting too. Took about 6 hours in all. Even managed to do it on almost one charge on my phone all while cooking my hands because of how graphically dense enkanomiya is.

I think i finished everything in the second day, i could've easily finished it in the first day but i tried to "savor" the event but i failed to stop myself

I did this event the same way, and it was fun and I believe is the best way, because you are a lot more focused on all the little things you need to find

This event was such a good one, got tonnes of pulls and finally some content to play again.

I also did this with the "drink of a dreaming" event because i didnt play genshin for awhile (spending time with family, went to hotel and forgot charger) however the time i played the event bartenders challenge wasnt unlocked it needed 19 Hours meaning i had to do 2 days but the first i played on "8 days left" and now " 5 days"

I also completed it in a sitting after the first 3 days it came out because I love exploration. The weapon is nice I currently have it on mona

I did it in about 5ish hours without an interactive map for chests. Chest gathering is my favorite thing in this game, so this event was fun. Also I destroyed EVERYTHING with Ganyu. That may have helped too.

i took a month break from the game and come back to this LOL.. Looking forward to enjoying the game again.

with Ganyu you can finish event in 3 hours and half (unless you stuck forever at the narrow room's 9 stone plates puzzle part)

For this event ( and enkanomiya in general ) Kazuha and Xiao are pretty pog exploration is waaaaay easier with them :)

It only took me 1-2 hours, including the time I spent on figuring things out because I don't really read instructions. I was quite in a hurry to finish that event up and do my work irl because i can't really spend too much on a game. I didn't know that it was a 30 day event and really thought it was like the other event so I just said to myself "why not finish it in one day so you won't need to do it tomorrow and forget it"
