Not power tools) It's called Microsoft PowerToys) Official extension for Windows (10/11) from Microsoft which contains many useful tools including PowerRename)

man I had powertools for a little while, and it had some really good tools, but it changed so many little things in the background that sucked, and took days of trying to figure out what was going wrong, so never again lol

@@thomie9982 I probably wasn't clear, it has too many things on be default, and it was hard to tell if my pc was failing (which is was at the time), or something else, and I ended up troubleshooting many things over a long time, and was often powertools

@@fillman86 I also remember trying it out a few years ago and my laptop was really crappy at the time ( core duo ) and was shitting itself when I tried to daily win10 on it. Recently I installed powertoys again and they now have a nice gui and even toggles for each "thing" on a neat dashboard. I only disabled the mouse marker (2x tap ctrl annoying) and fancy zones as win 11 is good enough for me with its window management improvements. So yeah can really recommend it now and power rename (the feature you could have used) helped me a LOT as the other ways would include CMD or writing scripts/bat files that I just cannot xD

a simple mod can take about 100 hours, and at a low rate for a coder of about $50 aud, then that's $5000. But making a mod then takes away from me being able to grow my channel, so I value my time more than $50 per hour. Then I'd also get screwed with potential refund requests etc so as a point, I don't take requests

​@@fillman86I agree with you on doing mods as a labor of love on a select basis, namely situations like these. Your time is valuable, a simple mod is not worth the cost to the consumer if you were to make it a "job", and not worth your time as a coder. The only way it could potentially be viable is if you could publicly release the mod for a set price and hope that you get your return on time invested (snow runner has this for it's PC mods) This also forces you into a cycle of becoming a modder when you don't want to go that direction solely because you got in too deep. Special projects like this also allow you to build yourself up and get your name out there. And I think this one did you well as it's how I ended up here after all. The tech space can be treacherous waters to wade into financially. I hope you do well for yourself sir.

I have streamlined how I make my videos, so they don't take complex story telling, or editing. Other's like muye's stuff takes quite a while. Not to mention that there's sponsors for muye, and they can be really difficult to deal with, and have specific dates in mind

@@fillman86 Yeah, I understand, plus muye puts so much time in his videos that he is my favorite beamng player, but you will always be my favorite modder, no matter what game it is. You just make it seem more simple than it really is.
