Thanks Doug! Same to you. I have no idea how you aren't dipping the electrode more when TIG welding. My first welds and beads didn't look anywhere as good. And I was welding steel.

Thanks Chris! Even though I am literally part machine, I'll leave working like one to you.👍

damn bro you the man! I threw my back out today cutting wood and needed this message. Thanks!

Thanks for the comment, Nick. Take it easy on the back. Soft tissue injuries are no joke. I guess it's surprising to some physical therapists that I don't have back issues. Supposedly, it's very common in amputees, especially one with jacked up gaits like me. Thanks for watching! 👍

Thanks for the message about the main point of your channel! While on vacation in Europe last year I looked out the window of one of the tour buses to see a youngish woman in shorts walking confidently down the sidewalk. She appeared to have the exact same bionic leg that you do.

The Genium X3 is pretty awesome...not as good as the genuine GM parts, but it's pretty good.

Good morning 🌞 excellent reminder on reason for your channel 😄🎉🎉 . Live life, enjoy it as best you can. What are you going to do with the old splitter when new one is done?

Thanks buddy! Maybe keep it at the farm? I'm not sure yet.

I came here to chew bubble gum and see a new splitter in use. I don't have any gum either.

My back hurt watching you lean over to grab the next log for the splitter. Is there a way to have the firewood rounds on your side to work with without crowding you in. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for watching Lisa! Camera angles are funny. I just guided the logs down tote cage during the first portion of the video. I didn't really lift. In the second portion, out of the bucket, the hookaroon did most of the work. Thanks for the suggestions and concern, I don't want to strain the old back either. 👍

Hey Kevin, if you need two more legs to get some work done, I know a youtuber with a couple of chainsaws, I think he's logged some hours running splitters too.

We aren't in a bind, I was literally holding off on splitting as I was hoping to use the new splitter. Then, this mild weather had me thinking we could easily skate through until spring. Now we that we got a cold snap, I'm not so sure. I figured I better crack open a few rounds to get us through. I have other stuff cut, you can see it in the background, but the ground has been so muddy that I was waiting for a solid freeze. Unfortunately, that freeze came while I was traveling.

@bioniclife I figured you were good. Just letting you know the offer stands. We didn't get much cut this summer. But a few afternoons here and there has been keeping us ahead. One afternoon takes care of the next 3-4 weeks easily in this weather, we'll, last week's weather.

The farmer we borrowed the backhoe from has a ton of trees from a field clearing project that he wants to cut into poles today. We are currently getting hammered with lake effect though, so I'm not 100% sure it will happen.
