Just an fyi because I had to look it up - the amount of sodiumz doesn't equate salt. 1000mg of sodium = 2.5 grams of salt. Here's a funny (well, not haha funny) thing that happened - she gets fast food ideas from the internet. Me? I got interested in Mid Eastern food because of what she orders and I've been really enjoying making things and adapting some recipes for healthier eating. Just got my first pomegranate molasses but planning on making some when poms mature here soon. It's so tangy and good! a small amount on a salad was so fantastic that my not-so much-veg-lover hubby was enthused too! Thanks, Foodie.
