I think Chantal prefers to eat out of takeout containers and with plastic forks, one part because she’s lazy and just has to throw everything away when she’s done. The second part is because takeout is a high value food for her, and she wants the experience that lets her brain know she’s eating a treat. She’s used to eating from take out containers in her car and has built up the association of the texture of the container and the plastic delivering food, so even when she’s eating food she thinks of as diet food, eating it as take away becomes more palatable.

I agree, and with addiction there is usually ritual involved. How the food is packaged, how she opens it, how she loads up the fork - all part of the experience of getting her fix

If I were to jack up my plate to directly under my chin and eat with my elbows at 90 degrees from my body, I imagine that would cause issues. Why does she do this nonsense? Also, dang, girl, are there no plates or utensils in the apartment? Get some. Stop buying fast food and get some plates and silverware. Everything about this behavior is toddler caliber, except for the more sinister aspect of those who are specifically requesting this content from her. She can deny all day, but it's obvious.

Zack, I have Foodie’s same eye issue (left eye/pupil larger). I had a stroke. The surgeon advised against flying in the future. This was back in 2010, could be old advice. I wish she took her health seriously 😒. Just fyi…my experience, not diagnosing, not a doctor, blah blah blah 🎈 EDIT: Sorry: forgot to say 👋 rewatch crew! Very spicy today. I love that you can still make her interesting. Some fn how WOW!

Is she saying that she's going to stop lying about going on diets that she never intended to start and never followed? What really is the difference between the 'old Chantal' and the 'current Chantal'. Nothing...IMO.

Thanks Pulpy. Wow Chantal really doesn’t care about her health at all. Well she’s only hurting herself. 🤷‍♀️ I think they have broken up, and or moving. She’s beyond boring, and watching her smash rice in her face 24/7 is not the content anyone asked for! Also season 3 is not lit !! 😂🤣

Hhahhaa carb hate😂😂😂😂 Makes her so so mad because she has diabetes and poeple say dont eat so much but she ONLY loves carbs and fat. She compares herself to normal poeple with no calorie count! But we do! I only habe takeout 1 time in 2 months. She has NO idea why we stay thin

😂 Pulpy got a bit extra sassy when describing watching diff animals eat. 😂 It's true, though. 😂 Watching Foodie eat and accompanied by these sounds is a phenomenon for real. I've noticed that her jaw click happens a lot when she eats soft food like the tomato, for instance. Idk why or how, but that clicking sends chills down my spine. It's so cringe, so gross and nauseating. 🤮

Here's the deal - that kebab and rice used to make her really happy. This was 'special' content and she was not genuinely happy to eat this. She tried to describe the food and knew nothing about how it's made or what's in it, the foodie that she is. All the eye rolls and moaning - not genuine. She's sad and therefore mad. Yes, btw, we do know what you do behind the scenes. You admitted you ran out of a kilo of yogurt that you'd gotten a week ago or so. Who ate that, the cat? What did you have with it? How much bread? You always tell on yourself so shush.

It makes me really sad when people get so annoyed with her jaw clicking. I can't eat around people for that reason...because i know it drives people crazy and i cant help it. I was born with a defect in my jaw and it always makes noise, so i just avoid sharing meals with others. I understand people's misophonia, because i have it too. But it cant possibly bother people more than it bothers me. Because not only do i have to hear it in my own skull, and feel anxious about bothering others with the sound, but i also have to feel the jaw pain with each chew :(

i do def think it’s more than just the jaw clicking noises that bother people. like i hated the sounds she made eating before i even noticed the jaw click. i hope that that’s not painful for you ❤ sometimes if i’m eating things that are really chewy my jaw starts to click because it’s getting “tired” or whatever, which usually means it hurts i know it’s probably hard but try not to take what people say about things you have in common with her to heart. it’s probably the kind of thing where there’s so much to hate about her as a person on the inside that these little things that wouldn’t normally bother us are annoying.

Idk if this helps, but even after listening for the jaw clicking I still can’t hear it/distinguish it from the other eating noises. I think also the annoyance/disgust is exacerbated by the disgust people feel for her

@@icarussister5164 totally agree, sometimes she makes throat noises that I swear sounds exactly like the jaw clicking. pulpy syntax once said to not listen for the jaw clicking cause you'll never stop hearing it, but I still have to pay attention for it
