WOW! I have developed a new taste of green buckwheat bread, and it has become even tastier! I just love Borodino bread, it's my favorite kind of bread. When I tried to make Borodinsky from green buckwheat, I was just amazed at how delicious, fragrant, healthy it is and most importantly - it's easier to do! Try it and you;) here is the recipe:
RECIPE
500 g of whole green buckwheat
150 g of water
8 g salt
20 g jerusalem artichoke syrup
60 g malt
20 g ground coriander
50 g raisins
Rinse the green buckwheat well. Soak with water for 2-3 hours at least. Rinse several times from the mucus. Add 150 g of water and punch with a blender into a homogeneous paste. Add salt, syrup, malt, coriander, raisins. Mix, the consistency is like thick sour cream. Put in a greased form, sprinkle with whole coriander on top.
Cover on top:
- the same shape
- package
- or even shoe covers:) life hack!
Leave at room temperature for a day, but in a place where it is warmer. I leave it on the table, next to the battery. As the bread rises, we put it in a preheated oven.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, the temperature is 180 gr.
