Greetings from the southern United States! Maya, I have been watching your channel and the scope of the various projects that you have undertaken and completed. I am continuously amazed and impressed by your strong desire and work ethic throughout your wide array of different jobs related to your property there in Portugal! The old saying about work being 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration could not be any truer when watching you set your mind to something and seeing it through to completion! I thoroughly enjoy watching your visions become reality! Bless you and have a wonderful week!

I've fallen from a scaffold before for about 15 feet. The fall isn't too bad, nor is the trip on the way down. The sudden stop at the bottom is when things start to hurt LOL

You are doing an amazing job. Your stamina and creativity are most impressive. As for the safety issue. There are levels of being safe. On a construction project where multiple trades are interacting, the risk for unsafe conditions is high. That is the reason that those projects are watched (and checked) closely and frequently. You seem to be aware of where your feet are and what you have to do to protect yourself. I think you are just fine and this is coming from an engineer with construction experience. Keep up the awesome work you are doing. Best regards!!!

Hello dear! For the water intake from the river, near the small waterfall, where you used wire and a thin, long piece of wood to hang the pipe from... I recommend you use a floater (some buoy) from poliestiren or PVC bottle, and anchor that wher you need, some with deep and clean water, near waterfall. That way, depending on the water level there, you'll always have water trapped between the layers, not drawing water from the bottom and clogging the filter at the end of the L-pipe, nor the filter sitting in the air, and staying without water, when the water level may drop. It is a kind of system like the float on the toilet bowl. If it helps you. I don't want it to seem like I'm giving you advice, that you also know better what to do, and especially what really helps you. With all the love.

Just an thought, maybe get yourself a decent roller, a few thick naps, an extendable long arm, & a 5 gallon bucket with a roll-off screen to hook onto the inside. You'll still have to mop-in some of the deeper crevasses with a brush.. but it'd go along a lot faster & you'll be able to reach a lot higher & further. Imo 😉 Best wishes! 🏡
