Really good honest answers from Ramsey. I remember seeing a video of him as a very young apprentice and he was just extremely focused and intent on doing well and following instruction. It wouldn't be great current entertainment value. He was intense and concentrated, just not as outrageous as he portrays himself today.

There are too many mediocre dining out options. I get that work life pressures make it easier to buy or-prepared food, or takeaway , but the essential cultural and familial aspect of making me eating food at home is part of the glue which olds a family together.

Where is the whole interview.... Interviews aren't interesting unless they're at least a half an hour cuz It put stress on the person answering the questions.

Good interviewer but Ramsay just wasn't in it today you can tell. Seemed like he was tired or thinking about his sick dog. By the way, he has aged terribly in the last 5 years it seems?
