Today I was feeling it and could have ran forever, should of been a rest day but went to the gym and for a run keeping it easy but striking while the iron is hot!!
14 Weeks until my first Age Group Race for Team GB and 19 Weeks until my first Ironman 70.3 World Champs, I will be sharing the highs on lows of my training and giving you an honest view of what it looks like in the build up.
