One thing I like about the manga is how at first QB looks cute but as it goes on he gets more and more creepy while I know some people prefer QB showing no emotion like in the anime I like to interpret that at first QB was pretending to be cute and cheerful but the actual default expression he has is that unnerving grin and when he talks there is still no emotion in what he says thus adding to the creepiness

Yeah, manga kyubey make you feel more thing, I like the change of the manga to see the version with different thing

I also liked how the spear girl (forgot her name) reacted when she asked for a “happy dream” in the manga, she seemed genuinely excited for it and her face gave me the chills

Mangareader, The manga version have some minor change, but overall the plot still the same. If you want a more different story, there is a manga name pmmm: the different story, which is also very good, and more focus on the story of Kyouko and Mami
