Your hair looks great Natasha, you can see a slight copperness to it, my wife said don't do nothing with it for a few weeks let it settle in your hair as some of the darkness may wash out , keep up the great videos

You don't need greasy hair for color application, just for bleaching.

The color you used was a grey coverage line so it has double pigments to cover grey(unpigmented hair), its probably why your hair goes darker than you expect since your hair isnt grey.

@@dailydoseofnorm4lity884 for going darker the best choice is to find a demi-permanent hair dye and a 10 or 5 volume developer at your local supply store to prevent damage. Most box dyes that come pre packaged like that have a high volume developer which can cause fading and damage on prelightened hair. Demi permanents can usually give more vibrant results and help seal down the cuticle as well.

I think because of the excessive purple still in your hair you should’ve gone for a more copper color to help cancel out those tones to give you a better chance of the color you want
