My interpretation of the joke is Fives is simply poking fun at Jedi equipment/gear and saying Clone equipment/gear is superior. Fives and Rex both have state-of-the-art military grade binoculars while Anakin’s binocs are significantly smaller and likely less powerful. Scopes = binoculars. Anyone who interprets the joke as an innuendo, sadly has their mind in the gutter.

The matter’s really not too complex or private. Above and below that in smaller letters are the lines: “ARC Trooper Fives” and “EST 32 BBY” There, I hope that summons a clear picture. 😅😂 “I want more (posters of Fives) but I know I shouldn’t.” 😜
