@@natasapap7936 I was obsessed with vampire knight when I was like 12 tbh and I'm not proud to say this but I didn't hate yuki that much back then (but then again I was an emo pre teen myself so who was I to judge xD ) and I still read the vampire knight memories thing if I have nothing better to do and I kinda wanna know how a manga I've been reading since childhood ends ya know. but I can proudly say I've always hated Kaname and everything about his relationship with yuki so there is that. Nowadays I see how cringy the whole thing is of course and sometimes I catch myself wanting to rewatch it just for the laugh but then I just literally can't do it bc the cringe is too strong just thinking about what kind of lines I will have to listen to like damn somebody get this yuki girl a therapist

You keep reading that manga it is OK to want to know how the story ends, you probably came very far with it, might as well finish it. I use to be obsessed with yu gi oh the original series when I was 12 and at some point i even developed a crush on the older yugi, looking back on it now all I can do is cover my eyes from that cringe and to my 12 year old self I can only say ,,this is why you didn't have a prom date" also I use to hate Seto Kaiba with a burning passion but now that I am a 28 year old adult myslef that has a job and responsibilities I completely understand the man, still think his attitude is shity and needs fixing but at the core I do understand his actions now.

This anime is still oddly enjoyable to an extent. But I think my emotional attachment to the series, because I watched this when I was young and so its nostalgic for me, makes me enjoy watching it for the feels. Also, Zero was always my favourite, but I didn’t realise until I got older how much of a gaslighter Kaname was. I also never realised how truly terrible this is as an anime, its one of those things you thought was amazing when you were younger but once youre an adult you realise the weird shit you were into as a cringey teen wasnt that great.. But it’s something that I’ll always hold dear to my heart😂❤
