Everybody's parts are so clear......Plants voice, Page's riffs, JPJ's bass and key boards and of course Bonzo's drumming..it's what seperates them from all other heavy rock groups.

What a band. I have been debating (with myself) for years on who is the greatest rock band of all time. Now, whenever I listen to Zeppelin, I can't honestly say any other band is better. As close to perfect as a rock band can get.

I agree. Having listened to them for pretty much my entire life (I'm 51), along w Floyd, etc i seemed to have forgotten exaclty how amazing these bands were. My older my brother listened so I just grew up with them. These reaction have helped me rediscover Zep and how truly amazing they are. Out of this world good.

It's a song of heartbreak as he states "Since I've been loving you, I'm about to lose my worried mind" meaning he doesn't trust his girl but I liked your thinking outside the box; that life has become a passionless rut of soul-crushing proportion. It's wonderful how art can inspire so many views. Again, you can hear and feel the guitar communicate the pain - you can almost hear the words describing the heartbreak and heartache of a relationship gone wrong as he plays. There was very little overdubbing in its composition and the solo was done in one take. They found this song to be the most difficult to record for this album. I recommend listening to their song Tea For One. It's another slow blues jam and while Since I've Been Loving You, is reminiscent of a young man's heartbreak, Tea For One sounds like an older, wiser man who understands heartbreak and emotional pain will happen in life, but that doesn't mean it's any easier to take.

Hi! I don’t see where you’ve reaction to them live yet. You’re in for a further surprise when you do, as they are one of those bands that….not always, but usually, blew people away with their energy. Huge Charisma and creativity onstage. Improvisation every performance. Plant and Page were one of the most charismatic and powerful duo’s onstage in rock history. And Bonham (Bonzo) and John Paul Jones (JPJ) we’re one of the top rhythm duos ever on the planet. You have many treats in store for you!

I had the Led Zep BBC sessions live albums and took it with my to Japan in 2000 when, as a young man, I went to work in a car factory as the lowest of grunts. The work was gruelling and mentally crushing. 9.5 hour shifts, 6 days a week, rotating day shift to night shift each week. Terrible food, heavy drinking just to stay sane and if you were really unlikely you would have what we called “Line mares” where you would dream you were in the factory, only to wake up to have to go to the factory. After all this madness I would come back to the hostel at the end of the day, climb out on the balcony/ledge outside my shoebox room and smoke cigarettes whilst drinking and listening to this song as the red sunset dimmed. It was painful and perfect at the same time. Nothing could have summarised my anguish like this song did.

In the song, two things are happening at the same time. The man is working inhuman numbers of hours every day to provide for the woman he loves, and at the same time, he suspects that she is about to leave him because he is never there, which is where he gets his worried mind. Such hopelessness on the man's part, and this is why it is perfect for a blues song!

@@StillColour , well I'm not sure if you have reacted to this video or not, but the 2007 Celebration Day Concert of the song Kashmir is astounding! This was their last concert and there were 20 thousand tickets available for 20 million fans requesting them!!! They ended up.doing a lottery for this concert and 20 thousand very lucky people got to witness this amazing. concert! They are much older in this BUT don't let that fool you because they show us all that age is just a number..when the first note hits and the famous riff begins from this iconic song the audience just erupts and the sound blows you away..they give a truly outstanding performance. so here's the rub, there were 9 studio albums released, and they are all brilliant, with no filler. You could print out all song names, put them on a board and throw a dart at it, and you will come up with a killer track. They gave 100% to every song they created. Every member of the band was a genius with their respective instruments and all contributed equally. Jimmy Page (Guitarist) also mixed and produced with years of experience - practically still a kid - in the London session musician scene. They are the GOATs. Well worth exploring their entire catalogue. Hard rock, blues, folk, progressive rock, hell, there is even a reggae track! Live they took it to the next level. This song from the '73 MSG concert is also insane. Great reaction, cheers mate.

Can you believe that Robert Plant and John Bonham were about 21 and Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones were a couple years older at this time? How full of soul and blues were they at such a young age? They loved American Southern Blues like Muddy Waters. Try listening to Zeppelin's version of "When the Levee Breaks". Originally by Kansas Joe McCoy and Memphis Minnie in 1929. Zeppelin's drummer, John Bonham, made this song a legend!

This is one of the more blues-dominate songs from Zepplin and if you enjoyed that… I highly recommend listening to their cover of “I Can’t Quit You Baby.” Absolute heart breaker! I’m enjoying your discovery of this classic rock music and I’m looking forward to seeing more. 😁🤘🏻
