Trust me no one has been the same after the pandemic. It feels as if all that time had moved and things still aren't getting better for the forseeable future. Personally all I can recommend is going out and doing stuff. Can be working and earning money, training and working on projects, meeting people and making aquaintances. Keeping my mind busy with trying to be productive (Doesn't have to always end with a net gain, hell can end as a net loss). It is what has helped me kept me sane despite all the mistakes I have made and all the anxiety inducing issues there are. As long as you can go to bed and sleep in peace. I have a belief that human mind having too much free time or overall thinking too much can put unnecessary stress and amplify anxiety. Thinking about the inevitable catastrophy that is approaching just ruins a perfectly good day you could have had for no reason.
