Yes to all the comments just below! I hang my hearts at different levels from red satin ribbons. They will go on many things and in many places around my house. Like: a metal tree limb on the wall in my dining area, from the lights/chandelier over dining table, in my entry way from wall sconces. You are so clever you could think of many places! I like this because it makes quite a statement with minimal materials. Keep up your good work.

My mom has the Rainbow vacuum that belonged to my grandparents. They are fantastic vacuums. They can be a bit cumbersome, but they clean very well. If you ever find a Rainbow (or a Kirby), take it to a vacuum repair shop and they can clean and service it for you. It’s worth it.

I have the little yellow cooler (11:18)! Great for a kids juice box or little fruit slices. I use mine when I travel for my meds. Love that thing. Keep in the back of the fridge so it’s cold when needed

My children love those little toys for a quiet church toy. Just a handful goes a long way and they can make all kinds of things. Also the rainbow vacuum was an absolute steal. They’re something like $1300 used. You better believe it that I’d be cleaning a vacuum if I found one for $10!! 😂

Cleans great, has 2 sets of attachments, one for wet things. I would have grabbed it in a heartbeat 💓 & resold it if nothing else. Just saying ☺️ Did I mention it also is Great for filtering your air! We love ours!

Since your family likes to get into the act of cooking Christmas cookies, maybe place a photo of everyone with their aprons on and holding their rolling pins on the memories piece. Bet the grandkids would love it! You could change it every year.

I love that idea for the mixing bowl, I did put a embroidery tea towel dripping over the stainless steel owl, it I will be on the hunt for different bowls, ❤️

Julie the next time you go to the thrift store and you see the cork on the back. Coasters with like a paper on the front. You can take those and paint them. On them, you can put Christmas paper. Do something with the background whatever put your children's pictures on there. Put a thin magnet on the back and let them put them on your refrigerator you could use some c** put in a row on a ribbon to put your children's pictures on. I do all kinds of things with those coasters.I got 200 of them last year and I'm making ornaments out of them.Now they're really reversible.You could do anything with the coasters

I agree with you about the wreath...too expensive. When you do as much thrifting as we do...it's hard to pay those prices when you know that if you just wait, you will find something similar for less. I could hear Nicole Northgarden's gasp when you came across that primitive Christmas piece, Warm Christmas Memories LOL I have had a Rainbow vacuum for over 22 years. We got it when my daughter was just a baby...just after we found out she had asthma. It was the best investment in an appliance I've ever made. I have never had to replace anything and since it traps all the dirt and dust in a basin of water, you don't have to buy bags or anything. I ended up with it in the divorce! lol Lastly...Kara's daughter is so smart! She's only 7 and she can look at a 2D image and recreate a more elaborate version in 3D...wow! Nurture that gift! Loved this haul. If you dont find a frame for the Navy picture, you could paint it red to bring out the red in the piece. Also I took spray adhesive & put material on my cork board. It hides holes. Loved the little trike. That's my aesthetic.

Julie, those are the best mixing bowls! I bought my large handled one at Burlington for $14.99. I love it so much that when I saw the 2 next sizes nesting bowls for $3.99 ea at Savers, I bought them both. I love how deep they are and the rubber on the bottom keeps them from sliding around on the counter.
