1 diced shallot
3-4 cloves minced garlic
3 tbsps butter
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
2 cups fresh spinach
red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup pasta water
2 tbsps tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1lb fettucine
parsley

I picked up this salmon recipe from him over a year ago. It's a family fav and very easy. It not only taste superb it's a pretty dish. The way he makes the sauce has been a signature sauce for me. Can be used in various ways, with different meats and pastas. This was my first recipe with him and I keep coming back. Another dish is his Clam Chowder, freaking amazing. Have fixed it at least a dozen times. Love purchasing my Salmon from Costos, goes along way and it is cheaper if feeding a large family.

I would like to know your thoughts or education on wild caught or farm raised salmon they say farm raised doesn't give the omega fats we need but most and all grocery stores only carry Farm raised I've been to my local and health food groceries stores that I thought would have wild salmon but they don't and Said they don't get it most is farm raised.
