The head of a beer actually does change the taste of the beer. I learned that in Prague. Say you had mostly head and a little bit of beer, maybe around two or three swigs worth and the rest is head, it makes it a sweeter taste

american small companies make good craft foods and beverages , i read years ago how in the 2010s usa won most of the chocolatier awards all made by small companies ,so does their craft ales and cheese making , it shows americans DO have the knowledge and skill to make good products , but the common consumer will continue buying crap from multi billionaires
