You’re going to love laser hair removal! I’ve been doing it for the past year and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I used to deal with a lot of ingrowns from waxing and laser has completely solved the issue 😊

This may seem obvious but when I am feeling super stressed/anxious and not sure where to start with moving. I make a list and then categorize items by room and then go through the list... I find that once I start checking things off a list it helps me to feel like I'm accomplishing things and when I feel that way it motivates me to keep going. Anyway, if you're not a list person this probably isn't helpful but for me, it's the only thing that helps me keep my sanity and not feel super anxious that I'm forgetting anything.

Dude I'm telling you I have STRUGGLED with dandruff for years and have tried tons and tons of stuff and was about to give up until I tried Dove's dandruff 2 in 1 shampoo. I have been using it for about a month. I'm surprised that even though it's a 2 in 1 it actually keeps my hair pretty soft and smooth and it also has soothed my scalp and helped hydrate it. I have been clear of dandruff for about 3 weeks now and I love it. Plus it smells great almost like green apple but not quite. It lathers really well too.

Melissa!! I live in Winnipeg and the top dermatologist here told me to use the ginger shampoo from the body shop. This was years ago and it worked so well for me!! Try it out. Maybe it will work for you.

Funny story, I live in Alaska and air conditioning is not standard here either. At my job we had a new doctor from the states that called someone to fix her air conditioner and they charged $200 to tell her she doesn’t have air conditioning 😂😭

ugh I have dry scalp too, and it got really bad this year. Witch hazel and aloe vera gel (specifically the Maui Vera, you can get it on amazon for like $10). So that combo has been amazing as an overnight mask. And i recently just bought the Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Tea Tree Scalp Treatment Serum. Only used it twice so far, but my scalp already feels nicer and less sour. Let us know how those two shampoos works!

I don’t know if it’s available in Canada, but try Cocoon Medical Elysion Pro laser hair removal. It can be used all year round, on all hair types and skin colors. For me, after 4 times the result is almost 100%.

This might sound crazy but my scalp used to itch and flake a ton. I had food allergy testing and found out I'm allergic to any products or food with any type of corn as an ingredient. My scalp never gets dry or flaky since I don't eat or use any products with corn

Pretty sure the brown sugar oat milk espresso is way healthier then a caramel macchiato

You might need a steroid lotion prescription for the flakey scalp. And also rinse with diluted apple cider vinegar before using the shampoo!
