@@playtime_foxy - Do you want to hear something absurd? My Dad has refused to EVER watch the Titanic movie because “he knows how it ends, it sinks!”. I told him it’s such a wonderful story with so many different genres like love, romance, suspense, fear, horror, sorrow and happiness among MANY OTHERS! It’s been 25 years since it was released to the movie theaters (where I watched it FIVE times!) and my Dad is STILL being hardheaded about it! He’s the type of guy who makes a decision (good or bad) and sticks with it FOREVER! Due to my Dad’s persistence, my Mother has never watched it either! I’ll get her one day and beg for her to watch it with me. I still have it on VHS (that shows my age a bit!) so I’m going to need to find it on DVD or maybe on one of the MANY streaming services I am a member of! I stopped buying cable TV around 5 years ago, it’s such a waste of money! There’s many streaming services that play all the weekly shows that are on cable. Sorry so long! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m just happy to see another 'Titanic' fan. Have a great day and I hope you and your loved ones are staying happy, healthy and COVID free! 😁 Love from Texas ♥️🤠🌴

As devastating as this story was, the ending was much better than I expected! No matter how old we get, when we’re frightened beyond reason, sicker than we’ve ever been, or so depressed that all went to do is sleep, all most of us want is our moms. What better way to die than in your mother’s arms!

@@blindbrad4719At the end of the story it said that the infection took hold of her so we know that she also died. Remember, the infection happens when it has contact with your skin, and it can spread from one person to the next through skin contact. Earlier, when she tried to help the first man she was wearing gloves. That's why she did not get infected. When she hugged her mother, she was not wearing gloves anymore so her skin was exposed it spread from her mother to her That's why at the end of the story it says that the infection took hold of her. So unfortunately, she did die, but she died the way she wanted to - with her mother, instead of trapped in a car. She knew the world was ending, and she wanted to be with her mother in the end. It is a bittersweet ending.

I love stories like these, where you know it won't get a part two, but it leaves those questions you have to your own imagination to answer them, like where the eye and arms came from?, is it just there or are there other eye?, what is the gov doing to stop this?, is there a way to stop this?, stories like these fascinate me and because of that I crave for more like them. I'm not a fan of stories where protagonists journey and struggle only to die, it always feels cheep and boring, but exceptions exist, and this is one of those. Where that final line is so wonderfully bittersweet and filled with emotion that you can't possibly hate it. This was a well deserved and well written death, and I hope the author knows they did an incredible job.

@@realworldhistory266 - I LOVE how LH’s videos don’t have any ads! There’s a few amazing narrators out there who are among my very favorites who allow wayyy too many ads… I can’t listen to them at night while trying to relax and fall asleep because I have to grab my phone and stare at the bright screen to skip the ads… Yes, I keep my brightness all the way down at night but it’s still a bit bright if you are in the dark with your eyes shut! Actually, I don’t even have to be trying to fall asleep for all the ads to bother me. When relaxing after a long day or even just kicking back because I have a headache or aren’t feeling that well, can make a bunch of ads unbearable to me! I have about 8-10 “Horror Narrators” who are my absolute favorites (I’ve been in love with this genre for over six years now and know which narrator to listen to depending on many factors going on around me). LH is the only “Horror Narrator” besides “Dr. Creepen’s Dungeon” (Dr. Creepen’s 2nd channel), who runs zero ads, no matter how LONG the story is! @@LighthouseHorror _I feel the very same..._ I recently subbed to you, but you are an _instant hit!_ You are in my _all-time top two, maybe even my number one._ I've been addicted to your narrations the last week during these killer ice storms that have brought this entire country to a standstill. It had been some time since I actually had the time for Creepypastas... You were all over my recommendations and I listened to the story about the Pacific Island as well as the one about the National Parks, and ever since then I've been hooked! Thank you for these amazing, free stories. Your work is the best out there and I'm so happy to have discovered you. My husband, Luke (this is his account, actually, 😂 we share accounts) and myself, love to fall asleep listening. Thank you so much! ❤️💕💗🌼🌻🌟😘💕 XoXo - Mrs. Kelli Thornberry

Fire is an obvious weakness. But the eye in the sky seems to be able to replenish damage quite quickly. There'd be no point just fixing the ground, you'd have to get rid of the sky eye (skeye if you will), and idk how you plan on blowing up a cloud but im open for ideas. maybe we can use trump's idea of nuking the hurricane in the eye 🤔

This was more sad than scary, this is the first time I've cried at fictional human suffering and I've seen the Titanic! Only other times I've ever cried is httyd3 and that time grim the baryonyx got shot by tiff in camp Cretaceous, writer did an absolutely brilliant job and this narration brought the emotions to an even greater potency
