Years ago when I ran boats an planes ,I would have some one watch the servo's move when I walked a distance of about 60 feet away to test the range ,my old boats had 27 Mhz an a plane as well ,one of my planes had the 72 Mhz radio ,the 72 Mhx was capable of nearly a 1/4 mile range! Great vid!..😎👍

maybe they had the filter to stop bad stuff going into the tank

You're right. Also, the long filters can help cool down the exhaust before it enters the tank, helping with engine temps slightly.

@HaggardRC haha 😄 I wish I'm to old for that stuff now. But that's just what racers used to do in the 90s and early 2000s. Did I do it no, I just looked at it as another place for a possible vacuum leak.

@ImranOO7 Oh I see what you mean lol, I don’t really know, I mean I just go to local car parks lol. I have little interest in tracks and things, no interest in mingling with other people so what ever car park I can find that’s empty is where I go dude. I assume you’re after something better than a car park?

@@HaggardRC Like you im not interested in tracks with others but a decent space like an empty car park. I’ve tried locally but even on Sundays it’s pretty busy and the last time I took it in the forest, I had a difficult time trying to get mud and weeds off. I thought you’d know an empty space but it doesn’t matter, thanks for your help anyway

@ImranOO7 Well, I go to industrial estates in Southend on Sundays mate they’re empty at 05:00 because the shops open at 10:00 lol

Hi Haggard Rc I have a savage SS with the OSMAX30VG engine in and its almost cutting out on full throttle, ive tried tuning it but still almost cuts out on top end. There looks to be plenty of smoke so its running rich but still goes onto its back wheels. Starting to get fedup, can you help please ? Thanks
