While I wasn't directly involved in the development of Duck Simulator 2, I do work with the developer, and I'm glad that you enjoyed the game. We are currently working on Duck Simulator 3, and hope that you will check it out once it releases. There is also a lot more content that you have missed in Duck Simulator 2, including a secret ending for collecting all 10 pizzas on the hardest difficulty, and also there's a remake of Duck Simulator 1 too, accessible by clicking "Change Game" in the main menu. There's also a modding community, and a speedrunning community, and although they're not owned by the developer, he still supports them. But anyway, thanks for checking the game out!

I came into this video expecting a sequel to Placid Plastic Duck Simulator, the game where you watch plastic ducks as they float around a swimming pool. Uh, safe to say… I was surprised.

I actually used to be friends with the developer of this game; we met each other in a tight-knit community of game developers when I was a teenager. Back then he went by 'TheGamerAdmin' and had a blue yoshi PFP. We didn't talk that much but I used to think it was so cool he got his game on steam and didn't know how he did it. Now years later I'm getting my games on Steam. And apparently a KZfaqr I watched religiously around this time (Kevin) has played this recently. Isn't it funny? What a small world

This game is like a time capsule of 2016. Every single minigame was a reference to what I saw some people playing at my high school. The part where you got friends was Undertale. Then that smiling cube was an app I forgot the name of because I never played it. Then the next game was The Impossible Game. All from the same year like half a decade ago lol Etc etc. Every single one was a game from back then. Edit: heck, even the start. Cookie clickers were big for some people back then.
