White curry is a thing in India. It's generally a combo of cream or nuts as a base. It's supposed to be mild flavours without overpowering the ingredients. My favourite is malai methi mutter (white cream curry with Fenugreek and peas)

I tried it once in my country, Singapore in the form of a white seafood stew. One of the best flavours i ever tasted, if people want to make it at home, some japan stores sells the bechamel thing in the form of a rectangular packaging which is very easy to make at home. Of course, it barely compares to restaurant standards but easily accessible and affordable.

The shop name 1/f Yuragi means 1/f fluctuation, which is also known as pink noise. The power spectral density of this noise is proportional to the reciprocal of the frequency. It occurs in many fields including biorhythms and music. It is reported that people tend to feel comfortable to some time series that has 1/f fluctuation.
