On today's video I am frying steaks inside of a cheese wheel to find out if this is a good idea or a bad one. But the best part is the way it was made. I used Japanese Wagyu A5 and other steaks to compare the best way of combining cheese and steaks together.

That would be a good episode. I have been curious if there is a good way to use all the dry age pellicle he trims off, I think he used it once to make the fake dry age. Maybe he could grind up the dry age trimmings and mix it into a sausage with other meats. Or even just grind it up with ground beef to make dry age burger patties.

Guga, you should smoke a wagyu picanha in one of your videos. I recently tried this myself and it came out freaking amazing. I cut the picanha with the grain into steaks. Seasoned it with salt. I set my smoker to 275-285 and used applewood for smoke. Cook the steaks until 120 internal should take about an hour. Then after cooking I grilled them over charcoal to make a nice crust for the steak and let it rest for like 5 minutes. I think you will definitely love this one, love your videos Guga!

I love all of your videos. I would like to see some more from the poor man's perspective too. Maybe cheap meats on kebabs. Kind of the cheapest, best tasting, quick and easy, most tender recipes. Something a dad can come home and whip up for his wife and kids. Beef, chicken, fish

Follow-up when I 1st saw this vid, I was hungry af in uni. The sandwich I ate while watching said vid tasted spectacular. Guga seriously made normally expensive food look like cheap knockoffs. Thanks uncle Guga.

Best cheese for warm Sandwiches is Italian cheese (Mozzarella, Burrata, Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano etc.) and the best cheese for cold sandwiches is Dutch cheese (all types of Gouda).

I've been following this channel since the beginning and watched it explode in views and subscribers. I have to say that the creativy has been decreasing in the past months, Im not blaming Guga, but I guess there's only so much about meat and barbecue you can talk about before you start delving into weird stuff, lol. Some people say that after you've reached the top, the only way is down. I still have faith that Guga will keep it up.

That's a lot of hours of work to put in, and he pretty much wouldn't have time to do much of anything else. After a year or two of 80-hour work weeks and ensuring the quality control is where it needs to be, he might be freed up to do videos again.

While he himself won't open a high end steakhouse, that doesn't stop someone opening his own steakhouse using guga as inspiration. Probably not happening now as we're too broke to live alone anyways
