I would pick an octopus for Sombra, because octopodes are very smart and can camouflage into their surroundings. Chameleons do change colour, but it is NOT for camouflage. Chameleons change colour to show what mood they are in. So if you see a dark chameleon, it is most likely not in very good mood, if you see a bright chameleon, it is most likely relaxed.
