What a genuine account. I'm just seeing your videos for the first time and the 18 minutes flew by, feeling like I was spending time with an old friend. Keep it up, your new path gives you so much more to share. It's clear that your struggle has come with lessons to teach others, what a gift... 🙌🙏

Oh, Wow! You have struck a cord for me. I quit my channel for multiple reasons and I've been trying to regain the confidence to start up again. Your story has inspired me greatly! Thank you so much for being vulnerable and for sharing your true experience and feelings. Think Media is one of my favourite channels! Good for you for getting in there and gaining some new experience. I'm glad that when you departed that there was no bad blood. I look forward to seeing what you come out with next. I'm a new subscriber. All the best! Janice.

Thank you so much for this video. I had tears in my eyes and could relate so much. Im not at 150k, just recently crossed 10k on this channel. But in the KZfaq and Online Business Game since 2015. Always Pay-check to Pay-check. 2020 all my income from my first Travel Business stopped…. 5 years of grind. And i guess where the tears came… is when you mentioned you did not have friends. Just employees. I travel now since 2015. Always hustle… And this constant feeling of no meaning inside of me… but somewhere has to come the money to eat food. I totally relate. Cheers Daniel ❤

Thank you for sharing. You are very young and able to be so honest about these personal things, which is something some of us wait until our late 40s to lower our ego enough to do. I appreciate that. It is good to see @JasonYadlovski and @CasayFaris supporting you here. All three of you have been very helpful to me. Thank you and God bless.

I really hope you keep growing and achieving all of your goals.

I'm actually a missionary in Japan, started a KZfaq channel as a hobby, now it's turned into a little bit of a "tent making" scenario, but I definitely feel the tension between trying to balance the channel, ministry, and family. Looking forward to seeing what you got coming up next!

Hey Billy, God bless you for your transparency! Let me encourage you by saying I watched dozens of your Da Vinci video tutorials during COVID and you helped me keep my church online through the pandemic. I’m a Pastor in Toronto and You were a rock for me during that crisis, and I am eternally grateful.

I had wondered what had happen, good to see you are back and I can relate although on a much smaller scale. Probably one of your best and most useful 'tutorials' Billy.... a lot of people don't see beyond the screen and don't realize that time is our most valuable asset. This video will help a lot of people, it certainly helped me keep things in focus.... I am not a youtuber but what you shared today applies to any job or activity you do. Dude you are really young and have learnt so much in so little time, you are already rich, in knowledge and wisdom. Thank you for sharing.

Still using all the resolve purchases I made! So they’re still to good use. Sorry to hear you’re burnt out. Know from experience it’s not fun. But glad to hear that you’re bouncing back and look forward to seeing your new content!
@theguyswannАй бұрын
I have watched a ton of your videos and never subbed. I almost didn't watch this either because I'm busy... busy for the exact reasons you discuss being burnt out and drowned in stuff. Your story is shockingly similar to mine in a lot of ways, aside from the fact that I haven't become numb to what I'm doing and I've mostly just continued to branch out and chase the topics and ideas that fascinate me to stay inspired. However I do have all the "lack of processes, no procedures, no systems, etc" which I've been slowly fighting to build for the past year with a team of 6 people. This video made me sub though. Will be paying closer attention now and I think the pivot you have made is smart and valuable. Hats off, wish you luck.

Billy! Your story is relatable to me in so many ways. My channel started in Covid times. I was learning how to teach music online. Learning how to make videos (with a lot of help from you), had a two year old. I made a site and am selling a course. Each step brings so many new things to learn. The marketing part is the most annoying to me. But just to say - I get what it feels like to have too many irons in the fire. Oh yeah, my wife said she wanted a divorce in the middle of all of it. So now - half time single parent, full time job teaching at a middle school, still performing on Broadway (but only a little bit), teaching an online course, and marketing/creating for the course. Anyway....that's my story....I am glad to see you looking good and feeling good

Thank you for this video. I feel the same for so many of these points. One put so much effort in a channel and then you look at it and think is all the time worth it? You feel tired. Then you try to reach out to people and companies, but you don't get any feedback. This also why running a day job. And then you think you want to do this permanently, but what you are getting is basically nothing. Is it worthwhile to keep on going? And sometimes you just don't enjoy it anymore.

The trouble was, you didnt create a scalable business. You owned a job. I hope you have learned that portion from the journey you have and your plan for the future is with a scalable business in which you will be able to allow others to take over for you and grow it bigger than you had ever imagined... You have done great for us! I appreciate all of the things I have learned from you and am excited to see the next chapter!
