Winning combination is to give your viewers the thing they want to see. Being a KZfaqr is like a business, and business owners give people products/services that people need in their life. It's practically the same. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of Famester to help) will always pay off at the end. Good luck to everybody, I really hope you are going to succeed one day.

Subscribers do matter if you are not on the KZfaq Partner Program because you haven't met the criteria yet. But yes once you qualify views are more important because views from those who aren't subscribers are potential subscribers. Love 🥰 this video and love ❤Jade.

Just continue to do videos that they want and make sure you do one's that is interesting and entertainment like if it's Hollywood or something. Do it daily If it take doing videos back to back in one day it all depends on your time. People are hard to please that's one reason why it can take so long.

The perfect example as to why subscriber count isn't the most important is KZfaq requires 1,000 subs BUT 4,000 hours of watch time to monetize. They don't even think that subs are important.

It feels off to me as well, in one of my KZfaq Journey updates, I had mentioned I don't think I'll be using it for now, even the subscribe button effects, I stopped using it at 75 subscribers and I'm over a 100 now, meaning it's your content that genuinely convince people to subscribe and not the saying it or popping it on the screen.

My advice: Get subscribers on YT shorts, and watchtime hours on long format video. Don't worry about copyright issues if you are getting started. It doesn't matter. You are still not monetized anyway. But you will get the hours you need. The most watched long form video is music compilation. Add interesting videos to it.

If you're a beginner, subscribers and watch hours matters. Then again, it also boils down to your niche, sticking to your niche will make you grow faster and then all other things will follow suite.

AMAZING...I've been saying to myself (this week oddly!) very sternly, that its beginning to get on my nerves when channels beg for a sub or TELL us to do it. Definitely a psychological choice not to. Also I noticed that MKBHD does not ask for subs or likes at this point. Its very refreshing. For me..a humble ask is what may get me to sub or a quick subtle ask...but trying to be cool, begging basically, or telling me how much it helps or being assertive about a sub is a definite no. I sub often oddly....but I do it because of my interest. OH....and the worst is asking at the beginning....before I view the content, thats insane. This comment is just me being honest..not angry or trolling, just what I quietly think...especially this week...so its strange this vid knew my current thoughts lol. Thx for the content, it EARNED my sub today. looking forward to your content.

For those that are just starting on KZfaq - don’t give up! It’s true that gaining a following is harder than ever since there’s more competition. However, it’s never too late! Consistency is key. The more you post, the quicker the algorithm will pick up your videos. Focus on creating quality content. The world is your oyster!

i allways suspected that subscribers, is just there to show how popular a channel is. like its a natural thing to look "how many subs does she have,..oh that many...she must make good stuff if so many people subscribe." i think this is more prevalent than anything the algorythm does
