I Got A Copyright Strike (This Is A Sad Thing)

Alright so I got a copyright strike from a guy on my This Is A Sad Thing video. It wasn't Brendan Schaub it was actually some guy whose little home movie of a firework I used in the edit for like 20 seconds. I'll give him the credit now, here's the incredible Spielberg-esque video in question if you want to show his channel some love: ( • 3 Stage Nuclear Rocket... ). This is just taking a look at the kind of guy he is and examining whether fireworks enthusiasts blowing up illegal fireworks are better or worse than an editor appropriating a tiny amateur video in a KZfaq video. Just something to think about.

One of these days, when your channel inevitably reaches 1 million subs, you can challenge these strikes and dare them to sue you. Until then, I understand why you took the safe route.

Ok, so first let me say the stuff you create is moving. + I don’t say that lightly. Also though, this guys prob not gonna lose any sleep over yr anti firework propaganda video (that was mostly a joke). Maybe he’d be reasonable if you reached out. Idk man. Either way, that sucks + I respect the hell out of what you do.

I asked him to reconsider but he cowardly tucked and ran, no response, like a rat scurrying away. It may take some time but he will pay the price for his unjustified attacks. All kidding aside I will just reupload the video this week. KZfaq wouldn’t let me counter claim at all.
