You guys should introduce the tequila "Pop Fizz". If you never heard of one , all you need to do is pour a shot of tequila in a shot glass, add a little bit of Squirt, or any citrus type carbonated soda. cover the top of the shot glass and slam it on the counter top and immediately drink it. People use a cutting board to protect the counter top. You could call it "Home of the Papi's Pop Fiz. It's a real crowd pleaser. Make em cheap and advertise it everywhere "Papi's POP" This could help draw customers to your new place. Anyway Thanks and good luck.
