He’s not all that reputable as many people think…I mean he is but not as he used to be…I don’t know if it’s because he’s stepping back a little bit now or focusing on certain part of his works more than others.. hope it makes sense. When it comes to sending a animal back due to injury or sickness his company sucks; I received a animal from him that was dead upon arrival. I suggest you call them; I had to and received a refund. Unfortunately, it took awhile, customer service stated it was my fault but I had video proof of opening, etc.…Some companies have a refund/exchange with proof within 24 hours guaranteed.. I do this (videos)with all animals I receive to protect myself as a buyer.
