Today we visit West Africa's Biggest Tea Farm to work and learn how tea is harvested and processed in Nigeria.
The Kakara Tea plantation is located in Mambila Plateau, in Sardauna Local government of Taraba State, Nigeria. It is the largest tea estate in west Africa and the only tea estate in Nigeria. It is estimated to cover an area of 615 hectares of land in 3 different locations.

For a split second, I thought it was a tea farm in Kenya. Just look at the beauty of nature. Peter Obi during his campaign mentioned harnessing the vast lands in the North. What a beauty to behold. Nigeria is indeed truly blessed. Thanks David for sharing this part of Nigeria with us.🇳🇬❤

This must be the views Peter Obi saw while overflying the Mambila cold regions and dreamt of Agricultural Revolution in Northern Nigeria. The Mmbila Plateau Region has the right weather conditions for growing TEA, Coffee and flowers. Imagine Peter Obi unleash his FROM CONSUMPTION TO PRODUCTION agric/Industrial revolution, Nigeria will quickly catch up with Kenya and Ethiopia in tea, coffee and flower production. This will mean more work for Nigerians and economic boom. Nigeria needs a good government first to drive this REVOLUTION.

To think after work on the plantation, they have to go home & take care of the home. It's a tough life. Oga you're too tall to pluck, you will get a deformed back with prolonged exposure. Tea is big in Kenya, but I think the staff are paid more. In the Western World (people have phones to listen to (to pass the time)).
