On the second level, ヂ and ヅ are pronounced Ji and Zu. Also, the kanji means incigationn/fight, or something along those lines acording to Google Translate, so the level could be Fight Mrk (mark) 4.

@epicponedge1177 ji is a closer translation for ジ not ヂ. There's a very distinct d sound at the front. Same with zu being a closer fit for ズ and not ヅ. However you choose to spell it in English is up to the translator really since romanisation doesn't have a set "correct" answer. Good call on the 3rd stage though. The 煽 kanji can be used for things relating to fanning the flames or instigating as you said. And mark 4 makes sense. I struggle to tell the difference between り and リ in some fonts since the strokes being connected changes from fontset to fontset, but since 煽 can be followed by り in some contexts I rewrote the title in that way.

@aurelia89 ahh this is a good guess, I did check Mach in jisho and it says マッハ but the OP could have misspelt it. Or it could be a colloquial thing

煽りマック4 - Provoking Mac (TN: 煽り(あおり) = Intentionally rubbing someone the wrong way. マック - Could be a lot of things; maybe be a reference to something) 皮膚国に府ぬ踏む無へ経 - HiFu KuNi NiFu NuFu MuMu HeFu (TN: 府ぬ is not a word; if it was, the way it links to 踏む is grammatically incorrect. All this, as well as the possible readings + hiragana being very same-y makes me think this is some kind of phonetic thingy. idk tho)

Just a note for panga, alot of the Japanese courses that have the word "grade" in them are most named from the kyudan system of martial arts, so 5th grade means its difficulty (as deemed by the creator). So fifth grade kyu would be an easy level but 10 grade dan would be like trimming the herbs
