You have no idea how important it is for other women, including myself, to hear your experiences especially with the limited amount of resources there are. I was diagnosed with UD very young and still struggle with what that truly means for my body since doctors don’t really elaborate on this condition. I believe this condition has to have some kind of impact on our body even prior to pregnancy which is very frustrating since UD isn’t researched enough and doctors always say you don’t have to worry about anything until pregnancy. Thanks for sharing this! After an HSG and MRI, I got diagnosed with UD after a hystercopy yesterday. Obviously no one I know has this, so hearing from others online is so helpful

Congratulations I just got the news of having a heart-shaped uterus partial double uterus because of the separation between the two parts. Also 2Cervixces! I have a D&C at 8weeks. Believing God to bless us again with that sweet babies spirit.

I love watching your videos. I have this and found out years ago when I had my second miscarriage and then ended up having a third. I am just now discovering your channel but I feel like we have very similar circumstances! First and foremost, I am so sorry about your miscarriage. But, I also have uterus didelphys. I had my son in 2019, and he was on my left side. I am now currently pregnant with my second child and they are on my right side. I'm only ten weeks and there are a slu of mixed emotions, though me and my boyfriend are ecstatic. It was interesting to hear your story and I appreciate you sharing! I had my septum repaired too after my daughters birth she was delivered vaginally and was 6 lbs and now she’s 6 feet tall 20 years later

I had my daughter 32 yrs ago. I am now 54 and perimenopausal. I found your page while searching for information on going through the "change" with a double uterus. I have been irregular this year and thought I was done with my period for good. Not so. About 2 weeks ago, my cycle started again and it has not stopped. I am looking for an expert in this field to explain to me if my incessant flow is because both uteri are trying to shed together or perhaps separately, thus lasting 2 weeks so far. Thanks for sharing your story. I thought I'd share this part of my story so that all women with this condition will be aware that there may be additional challenges or surprises as they age. If anyone has the answer to this (is this something to do with two uteri while menopausing), I would appreciate a lead. Thx for listening.

I have the same thing, so you are fertile in both to the gp and there’s nothing they can do to check if it’s true. I had my son, 12th March 2022. My periods weren’t bad and I got them every couple of months. I found out when I got my 6week check and they did an internal sound, which in 3D showed two uteruses and cervixes, my son was in the right. It was cute seeing him as a little yolk and bean. Every 2 weeks I got an ultrasound, I ended up with high blood pressure since I am Aboriginal it was a higher chance of preeclampsia. I was in labour for 36hours, gave birth Vaginally, was only given an hour at the stage to push. Kept telling me they might have to take me for a C section due to me slowly dilating, I was induced. The epidural wouldn’t stay in my body so I had a line to that to pump in and the hormone to help me dilate as well. Miscarriage is pretty high with two uteruses, can be a little harder for us to get pregnant. But it’s not as rare as you think to have it and there’s multiple versions. I was in the hospital for like a week, I got the bar in my arm so I didn’t fall pregnant straight away. We obviously can’t have UDIs if we have two cervixes. And I got pregnant on the pill.

I (33 years old) just found found out yesterday that I have uterus didelphys. The ultrasound tech said it so causally and then trying to make me feel better said this make me special. I have been trying to do some research before I get to talk with my doctor and there just isn't enough information out there about this. To be honest, its scares me a bit. Is workout safe? Is lifting heavy things safe? Is there away to avoid having painful periods?

Hey.. I've watched this video today. I have didelphys uterus too. And my first pregnancy ended up in miscarriage in 50 days. And that's when I came to know about my condition. My doctors said not to conceive for 4 months. And my miscarriage happened 6 months ago. My doctors also told me to take a complete bed rest, not to travel and to walk slowly when trying for baby.... did your doctor told you anything like that? Can you share your experience?

Hello ❤️ I also have uterus didelphys, two cervixes, two vaginas, one third of the vaginal septum. My right side of the vagina is more developed than the left, and it looks completely normal. On the left is that vaginal septum that I didn't even feel. I have endometriosis, very aggressive. I think this anomaly favors endometriosis. Can you tell me if your vaginal septum had to be operated, or is it your will? Like, did you have a vaginal septum only or a vaginal and uterine septum? I've heard that the uterus has an effect on pregnancy, but I don't know how it is with the vaginal septum. Thank you if you answer me. It means a lot to me 💛

I'm almost 29 and this was just discovered with me. From your experience with it. Do you have overly crazy hormones during your time of the month that makes you feel like you're fighting through emotional storms? I've watched KZfaq videos but no one has discussed if having this condition makes your hormones extreme. Thanks in advance!

The first question I would as is when did you find out about this condition? If it was after you conceived then it would have made complete sense that your right uterus was larger. A normal uterus generally swaps between left and right fallopian tubes. So yet again it makes sense that one side would be the miscarriage and the other the conception. As for your pregnancy test issue I have had a light line show up multiple times like that. I believe that is when the egg can implant. Because just like you it goes away and then comes back with a blatant positive. I was extremely surprised how fast cycles came back after my 2 miscarriages. Yes, you can get pregnant without having a cycle because the uterus matures before it has to clean itself out. Interesting fact pigs have two uterus as well!

I found you a couple days ago as I might have uterus didelphys or bicornuate… I have an MRI to figure it out tomorrow… I am scared of a septum surgery. Do we really need it.

Omg your films are really helpful for me. I found out yesterday that I am pregnant and I have double uterus. Both are very similar, half of the normal uterus. I am very afraid of miscarriage but when I see that you had two successful pregnancies and one miscarriage that can happen to any woman with a normal uterus, I hope my baby will be fine.
