Glad to hear you're doing better. Chest pain like gas was the only symptom I had, that brought some memories back listening to you talk about it.. They may say a week but do take it easy.

I was thinking of you Eric when this happened. I will be taking it easy. I do want to start a moderate experience program. I may wait till asking the cardiologist in couple weeks.

So glad you are alright. Thankful for a somewhat subtle signal that your body was having some trouble. We focus our attention on the one that we care for and tend to forget about our own health. It is something that I've been wanting to address for myself because it is imperative that I outlive Mandy. I can't leave her hear without my care. I'm having some concerns with aches and pains lately that I'm just not sure how to deal with it. I don't want to wait until something bad happens and then have to make drastic changes in reaction to the event, but I am not sure of the root of the ailments. You've done a wonderful job raising your son to step into a caregiver role. He has the perfect example in you. Take care of yourself. This video has helped tip the scale for myself to invest in my own well being.

Thank you Carlos. You know more than most my fear of not being there for my wife. We have to care for ourselves in order to care for others. Don’t ignore any symptoms and get yourself checked out. God gave me a warning and thankfully it has been taken care of. Now it’s up to me to take it from there.
