No way this is a challenge!?! A garbage plate is a new york delicacy food item in the Rochester area featuring a meat, potato, macaroni salad, and a special meat sauce! This is the GIANT new york food challenge called the tap it challenge which features a variety of trach can wraps, home fries, macaroni salad, meat sauce, burgers and beer cheese that all has to eaten in only 30 minutes! Winners get a gift card, and a t-shirt! Can we defeat one of the biggest food challenges in the area? This is definitly an american food challenge, not quiet a burger challenge, nor a wrap challenge, maybe a loaded fry challenge? I had it once while visiting Rochester and I guess they are the first ones to do it although that may be controversial. Also if eer in Rochester or Syracuse one must stop at Dinosaur BBQ. The best Mac N' Cheese I've ever had as well as great BBQ.

Oh my goodness I love the crowd that was there! That women at the bar who was "chair dancing" and making faces for your camera was too funny and the other guy who kept looking in awe at how quickly you were eating. We have a food truck here in Charlotte, NC called the garbage truck. They serve exactly this combo! I just figured they came up with the concept by combining different well loved junk foods…your video enlightened me to the fact that it is actually a Rochester specialty!

Agreed 100%. These aren't that big of challenges for big esters let alone professional eaters. Love his content but I know if the challenge isn't 8-12 pounds it's not a challenge for him. Time challenges are the same thing. If it's more than 25 minutes he can beat it easily.

Restaurant food challenges are easy enough for Joel. Joel should look at Geoff Espers channel. He makes his own challenges anywhere from 10 -15 pounds. Sometimes more depending on the food.

Upstate New York....where I was born and bred!! I love my New York! I also lived in Chili!! Unfortunately Im in stupid South Carolina now. Garbage plates are very popular there, almost every restaurant has a garbage plate. I miss home...lol...You Rock Joel!!!
