I Hate Relaxing Fishing. Lucky this trip wasn't. It Was Fantastic! Fishing for King George whiting and Big Flathead Catch n Cook with my backyard vege patch update.

Great session Dom….great variety and what a cook up…. can’t wait to see the progress of your vegie garden …..had to laugh when you flicked out the flathead eyes….you can eat them you know….won’t fill you , but will see you through to your next meal….. LOL….Tight Lines.

I love my flathead pan fried whole with a fresh balsamic salad and a emu bitter to wash it down 👍👍👍👍 went out yesterday and only caught a massive stingray at the backend of GI Rockingham

Hey Dom my paesano! Brought me back to my youth when at christmas the big italian family would make stocco and bacala in sauce and fried. The house would stink but what a great taste!!! Bon Appetito mio amico!!

Beautiful mate. I can just see the smile on your chompers. 😅 I remember as a kid I used to cook my flathead with the tail and fins on. I loved them crunchy. What a great day you had. 7 massive KG's well done mate. Loved it. 🍻

Bacahlau cod I think is Portuguese in origin; and I thought you were true Italian! Great days fishing with fish of exceptional taste and which surprisingly are overlooked. Those Tasmanian flatheads up to a metre long must be fantastic.

It's Portugal's national dish, however it's very prominent and popular in Italy aswell and highly sort after, found in all the Italain shops. Thanks mate👍

Hey Dom, love your work. Hey I know where you are out there and where you normally launch, just wondering how much fuel your 60hp uses to get out there and back? I've got a 75hp two stroke and it breaks the bank every time....
