The issue I see with this arrangement is that everything seems to be about looks especially the emphasis on them getting plastic surgery. Looks are very superficial. To me it just seems like a man living out his sexual fantasy. There is nothing wrong with that I just don’t like pretending like it is deeper than that. The downside for the women involved is if they get pregnant and their looks change and it is not to his liking if they are financially dependent on him they are pretty much interchangeable. My biggest takeaway from this is, I don’t like the guys attitude when it comes to plastic surgery. That’s a personal choice, it shouldn’t be governed by anybody else, but the individual whose body actually belongs too, otherwise he just looks somewhat shallow. I think this is brilliant! If they can swing the expenses, figure out hierarchy and love each other unconditionally then I am all for it! I could see some obvious issues....like who carries the babies (if it comes to that) and how do they handle the care of any children, what happens if one gets chronically sick and how to handle things if one or more of the individuals wants to no longer be in the relationship. He is so obviously in love -- and the women give the vibe that they feel the same way...and all this coming from a old lady of 56. I'm old but not too old to love without abandon!
