i’m a working mom but I’ve been a stay at home mom before and stressed more being a stay at home mom than being a working mom,. A lot of people need to understand that stay at home mom‘s jobs never end your job starts from the moment you open your eyes to the moment you close your eyes at night. men at least get to disconnect from their work & Home life then come home and have their woman take care of them. There is some lazy ppl in the world but if your house taken care of kids happy & healthy & your women feeds you good she doing plenty && saving hella money on childcare!!!!

Awww Lisa you had me in tears when talking about your real self ! I relate so much I was so skinny before and wore more sexy things but was a little chunky and self conscious before I got skinny and gained some confidence in myself and was my real and funny and outgoing and flirty self. But then again I gained weight in a new relationship and feel like my real self is buried deep down again it’s a horrible feeling! The relationship I was in when I was just starting to lose weight was an abusive relationship. But I’m in a much happier and healthy relationship now but gained weight and don’t feel like my real self. But you are gorgeous and you will get back to your old self and I can’t wait!!

Hey Lisa! I always love your videos. Just some advice, if you’re planning to work out and are focusing on loosing weight, then do cardio! Just hit cardio nonstop then once you lose weight you can tone up by lifting weights. Jehiely’s goal is more focused on gaining muscle I believe so her workout is different. Also, make sure you are burning more calories than you are consuming in a day. And last thing, do not eat outside, cook some home cooked meals. TikTok is a really good reference for all of these things. These things worked for me so far and I hope they work for you too beautiful❤️ stay safe and LOCK IN WITH YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU GONNA BE HAPPIER THAN EVER ❤️💋

Mama Lisa, i suggest this out of pure love and respect for you. I think that from now on you should keep your relationship and divorce issues private because there is many people who don’t wish the best for you and/or can be extremely judgmental, which can ruin a good thing for you. I feel that relationships thrive better and are healthier when you hold it near and dear to your heart PRIVATELY. Your divorce issues could give your ex a heads up in your plans and might hurt your chances of getting ahead and what you deserve and want what’s owed to you.
