I always start with just cardio for 30 minutes a day on the workout setting on the treadmill for the first month then I start adding in weights ect. Just doing those 30 minute workout helps me notice (ohhh that was easier today) and when I get comfortable with the complete workout no problem k move up because I always lose my breath/stamina when I try to do everything at the start.

Mama lisa! You should start with just walking the tread mill or jogging, i did it today (im pregnant so i cant work out like i wish, im also on the bigger side im 245lbs and 5’3) and I only did it for half a mile, my goal was 1 mile but i didn’t have time to complete it as i didnt drive myself lol but i am already feeling sore 12 hours later and i know that eventually I can push myself more and you can do the same, because it does become an addiction for some lol

I’ve been in long distance relationships. Honestly it’s great. Of course it’s not the same but trust me some people are loyal and won’t cheat while being in long distance. I am in a relationship that started off as long distance. We met online and went on walks, talked all day. It was great of course we met up months later and now it’s about to be 3 years and everything has been better than ever. We live together now. Put her on a calorie deficent and high protein. Do every workout she likes and lift only. Incline walk after lifting. She will like it better. You can even eat out and have snacks still but maintain a goal of protein to keep her full. She can do that! My fitness friends got me into it and I lost weight in no time. Now I’m working on major muscle. First have her use the online calculator so he knows how much cals to take and protein. Also, when to cut off food and when to eat starting mornings. Has to have a time span on that with fasting at certain times. 8 hours, 12 hours or 16
