Alright Dan what sort of exercises me being a 60-year-old carpenter can do to keep my old bones fit and healthy I’ll be interested if you could do a little bit of content on that Cheers Tim

Hi mate, I would have to know a bit more about you to be able to advise specific exercises specifically to you, that being said I’ve recently posted a couple of short videos with some fairly simple workouts that would be suitable. I will post more ideas for you mate 👊🏻🙏🏼

@@DanMTomo Nice one Dan Just checked out your how to start running for beginners video ,that is right on the money for what I was thinking . Just recently, I’ve been jogging along for 1k with my dog so taking it a one step further will be a good thing….
