I’ve watched some of your videos as well as other channels which include way more expensive homes. So far, this is my absolute fave. Not too big, not too small, lots of lights and beautiful finishes. Living areas full of light and large windows are just architecturally amazing and very esthetically pleasing. There would be some personal tweaks for us but overall, great looking home and excellent layout.

I'm from the stix. A small woodsy farming town. These are nice homes but I agree..seems like everyone wants the farming life without the farming

This is our dream house! We drove 8 hours to look at this model home and it looked just as the video showed. We came home and ordered the house plans and will begin building next month! Thank you Diyanni homes!

I like the tour of custom homes you are doing, but would really like to hear the price or at least a ballpark price per sq ft of the homes without having to contact the builder.

It totally depends on the area you live in. Building in the pnw currently. Cost is $180/sq ft or more

A true Goldilocks home. "Not too big and not too small". Respectable space very well laid out. Beautiful finishes and creative ceiling designs. Very little that I would change to make it home.

Nice place and note the changing and shifting styles. Avoid barn doors and an over abundance of floating shelves. Also beware of how high that living room TV is mounted! How could you sit in that room and comfortably watch it?

I think I have just found my dream house for me and my cats 🐈 😻 🐈⬛ I love the floor plan and everything there is to it. I would close off the balcony and patio to make it 2 catios! 😁 Since I won't be able to afford something like this, I am just putting it out in the universe with positive thoughts and see what comes back. This house is absolutely perfect in so many ways! 😍 Thank you!

I somehow stumbled onto your channel and watched a lot of videos over the past 2 days (keeping me company as i am home sick for a few days). This is by far my favorite house i saw, the flow of this floorplan is amazing! I love that the half bath is near the front door and a full bath next to the mudroom. The loop through the master suite is also so useful.

Hi Timothy and Jen! This is gorgeous!! I loved that shelving unit lined up with the closet doors in the office. Would have loved to see inside the closet. The one thing that gets me about some of these homes is the 3/4 master baths. Without a tub, it's not a true full bath. Thank you so much for the tour!

This home is extra swanky! Love the fireplace! And that kitchen, with the pot filler over the stove….WOW! IT’S GOT A PANTRY💃🏼🕺🏼‼️ Whoever gets this home , I hope they have plenty of land surrounding it. I wouldn’t want windows in my closet. Overall massively beautiful home!

I'm almost speechless at this absolutely stunning home. One of it's kind easily. It has a definite feel of luxury at every corner. I would only want one extra thing and that is a gorgeous tube for the top floor master suite. But OMG, what an incredible design!!!!💖💖💖💋Thank you for sharing.

I am trying to find fault... but l can't... This house is actually perfect for me... l especially like the back yard balcony... and the fact that the basement is so opened, wide and airy... Love love love the master closet... especially that it wraps around the corner.. opening into the laundry and out into the front of inside door of the house! Pretty cool and convenient... Overall the house is absolutely beautiful and very functional, as well as the right square footage for my taste! Thank you!

Loved the house in general, but would make a few changes. I thought the master suite bath was too small. I didn’t like the open toilet in a wall nook idea. I wouldn’t be fond of walking through the bathroom after my SO made his morning expression to get dressed. I know there’s a walk around but then you’re having to walk through other rooms. I didn’t find that practical. Other than that - it’s a great house. Lots of potential.
