My husband and I are going to build a house as soon as we find the right property. I'm saving this video because this one is PERFECT! I love everything about it. My favorite color is light blue and I didn't think cabinets and doors would look good that color but I love this!

I love the wine closet. Probably my favorite space, with its sleek glass door. Plus the amount of walk in room it has. That’s something you see in a bit larger homes.

Gorgeous home. Double wall ovens I would like them side by side. Love the pantry. Love that it has outlets to plug in some appliances. The price is outstanding, here in Massachusetts that house would go for a million +.

Holy shiznit! This is it. The one. I'm going to contact them and see about these house plans and the finishes inside, materials, colors etc. Absolutely devine. We are building a new home on a large ranch we own in Missouri and this is the one! Thank you for sharing this and the home owners have excellent taste.

I usually don't like the open shelving but it seems to work in this kitchen. Also the pool is awesome, I wonder how long it is. I could definitely swim some laps.

The pool is 52 feet long. Heated, salt water with an automatic cover. 🤩

Hi Timothy, an amazing home, so much for the price - just wow! There was a bonus room that was on the plan, above the upstairs level, maybe I am going cray cray. I have always loved the Schumacher (spelling) homes, this one is now one of my all time favorites. Plus there were extra areas that were not in the video, bonus room, outside dining area and 3rd garage, amazing layout though and absolutely incredible value for moneyHave a great weekend Timothy with your family!

On the second floor, when you came out of the final bedroom there were steps leading up to a third floor. What was up there?

I don't see them on the plans. My guess is that either it's a custom thing the builder did for this owner or they lead to attic space where the HVAC system is.

I can't say anything bad about this home, it's amazing. The only thing I would change is the colour of the outside and maby the office to a lighter colour or a dark wood colour

Two things when you quote the price, does that include walls and floors finished or just the shell. I know you have upgrades, but for the base price, walls painted, flooring. The price point and the house blew us away. Secondly, when you were in East Tennessee I forgot to mention, we have Jewelry Television and Discovery Network. If you ever decided to apply your talents somewhere, either place, I am sure would snap you up.

I like the outside. If the garage was detached (but connected by the roof) and the porch went ALL the way around the house, with a screened porch in the back it would be exactly what I’m dreaming of. (BIG dreams. Lol). What about that bonus room upstairs??? I wanted to see that. Gotta have a basement.

The left front exterior window looks like it’s missing the wood trim. All the other windows or peaks have it. Where did that two door garage come from?
