i can already imagine how good the tie dye hoodies are gonna look like also, I think renting a house is gonna do you great things, but keep your mum's advice in mind and ultimately, do what's best for you

I would do one of three things (I totally understand you’re frustrated). A) Stay in the apartment you’re living but rent an office space B) Rent a house and have GF move in with you? C) Buy a house (IDK ABOUT THIS ONE FOLKS)

I think maybe you should find office/work space or a small studio apt. to rent for now ,that way you can take more time to search for house that is exactly or close to what you want & possibly rent with the option to buy should you want to stay & own it . In the end you have to do what is best for you,but still consider all options before rushing into anything!

Aww Joey! Your amazing in anything you do! Maybe renting out an office space so you have somewhere to work instead of your apartment. You’re apartment is beautiful! Take the time to think it though and don’t rush it! We all support you in anyway we can! Ottawa love ❤️

I think having a separate office space or somewhere to work temporarily would be great for you if you can find something suitable. Also, I made the pasta you made on the vlog a couple weeks ago and it was so easy to make and tasted great, thanks for the recipe!!

It's a nice apartment, but you have to do what you have to do. But don't discount your Mom's advice. Almost everything my Mom said that I didn't do, in hind-sight I see that she was right. Parents know best a lot more than we realize. You can at least start looking around and see what's out there.

Also, look into rent to own! If homes are being sold by the owner they might be able to allow you to rent your home from them until it’s paid off and then the deed is yours

I would rent an office space permanently, because when your brother is able to work again somewhere else, you can do your stuff still at your apartment. And if you figure out, that having an office space fits you, you can still keep it afterwords!

I agree with you, but office space plus rent is more expensive and it is tough to find a space in a corporate city

I think renting a office space would be better for now as you said you want to buy a house in the future but your not quite ready yet so maybe an office space would be an ideal solution for now. Obviously the main thing is financially two rents to pay each month is a much bigger expense so is it doable only you know. Even just for all your merch to be in one place much be easier aswell. Glad Frankie is back to himself 😊 excited to see how the tiedye hoodies turn out 💃

I’ve been here for long, but I’ve barely watched KZfaq the past year and I have therefore missed out a lot. Let me just say that I love this. You seem so happy now Joey and I hope that’s not just a picture you show the world. I think getting a different space to work sounds like a good idea as long as you have the financial capabilities to do so, but that being said, we'll enjoy any content you make, so please take your time and try not to stress too much about it at least on our end. Listen to your mother and do what you think is best for you! Don't worry about what we think because we'll be here no matter what.

I don't think you should move into a house you're just going to rent it out for the rest of the year. I think moving again in less than a year is stressful. You'd just have to get up and move everything again I think you should find a bigger place where you can settle for a while and make it your own. Side note, I love the shirt you're wearing.

Honestly, you should do what you think is right for you. If that's moving in a house, then thats what you should do and if it helps you grow than its a good reason :) do what will make you happy and if you need that change then you should

change is good and if I were you I would move. if your environment is stopping you from doing the things you love and making videos and all that then you need to change your environment BUT don't rush into it too fast. If this is going to be something more permanent for the next couple years then I would take all the time to make sure that everything about it fits what you need. DONT SETTLE !!

I think that it's a really good idea to rent a house. This way you can do whatever you want whenever you want, and you can maybe already get the feeling of living in a house instead of a apartment.

I think renting might be a positive thing for you .. Maybe with the way the world is now. Maybe having a place that is actually your own right now. Might be good!
