2 ай бұрынHey everyone! I am officially back from our Mount Everest Base Camp Trek! Boy was that the craziest and coolest trip I have ever been on! I still can’t believe I Hiked to Mount Everest! The entire trek was about 14 days start to finish, with travel, and it was filled with new foods, crazy hikes, beautiful views, emotional tears, and much much more! I filmed as much as I could on the trip, and put it together to get this vlog video! @@MaddieRoloffshe talked about it on Instagram stories, but she had a cyst on her bladder that caused a lump and she discovered it before Everest. She had surgery when she got back but the altitude and exercise from the trip actually helped get rid of it

When you arrived at the base camp and showed Mindy crying, I started crying too, because you could just see how emotional it was and what a great but also exhausting and instructive experience it was. Having really bad health anxiety, the immediate thought I had when you initially said you were doing this was “omg what would you do if you got sick!” I am amazed at all of your willpower and endurance to push through that and continue the climb. The amount of emotions I felt watching this video is indescribable. I can't even imagine taking on an adventure that arduous. I commend all of you for committing and accomplishing that trek.
