Loved this. I live in Tanzania and I think yall should do Kilimanjaro mountain cause it’s not as treacherous but a great time and it would be fun way to say you’ve climbed to the highest peak in Africa (that will probably tick another highest peak) and y’all can see Serengeti (best country to see the big 5 lions, rhinos, elephants, buffalo, leopards, warthogs, meerkats and the rhinos but also cheetahs and the rift valley too oh and also to see the migration of the wildebeest ) anyway…i just love my country but i also love yall

After hearing about this trek, it brings back memories of when me, my brother, and a couple of other people did something similar in New Mexico. I want to say the entire trip was 14 days long we would hike a certain number of miles until we got to each little camp, do a couple of activities within the camp for the days we stayed then continued on to the next camp the next day(some camps we stayed multiple days)

It is really inspiring that y'all did this hike. I am so glad that all of you are okay.

Can you share the company you went through and the logistics? Like what all you needed to book in case we’re interested in going/doing the same trek. Like are the tea house stays included? Do you pay while trekking? What about food at the tea houses? Plane/helicopter rides? How did all of that work? Did your guide work it out beforehand?

Love hearing both your perspectives! I’d love you to do a summer Alaska trip! Maybe make a note of these suggestions from a lifelong Alaskan!😉 Go to Talkeetna to do a plane ride to the base camp of Denali and down; take the train from Anchorage to Seward to go on a whale watching tour and hike; Go to the reindeer farm in Palmer; Go on a helicopter that lands on the Matanuska Glacier in Glacierview; Go to the Museum in Anchorage; Charter a fishing boat out of Homer and walk along the boardwalk; Visit Denali National Park; Go on an ATV tour and Gold Panning. Whatever you do, just make sure you see a lot of different areas in the state, because some of these places are hours apart and the scenery is DRASTICALLY different from one place to another. Mountains, oceans, trees, open area, lakes..

I recently went on a bucket list item trip :) it wasn’t anything like Everest 😂 but I went to Belgium and France for a little less than two weeks. I got to stay with a host family in France, got to explore the town and surrounding towns in France, and overall it was amazing. The places we went were Brussels in Belgium, then we went to an amusement park in Belgium called Walabi, I stayed with a host family for a week in Maubouge and got to explore the town (we went bowling, went to the zoo and got to pet the elephants, and I also got to go to school with the girl I was staying with) the cities we went to were Arras (a war site where you can go down into tunnels ww1 soldiers dug) and Reims (it was really pretty. good shopping spot and a giant cathedral where you can have a tour guide) then we went to Paris for two days and walked around to see everything. we went to the musee dorsey (idk how it's spelled) the chans'apple (again i can't spell) and a bunch of other cool places. between the two days that I was in Paris for i got about 50,000 steps because we walked everywhere and took the metro. I'd also recommend going to the shops across the siene river behind notre dam. i loved that little spot and want to go back really bad.

You guys should hike Acatenango in Guatemala 🇬🇹 and you can be near an active volcano! Plus experience our beautiful country ☺️

You guys should try the Overland Track in Tasmania.

Obviously not nearly as epic but you should come to Ireland and roadtrip the wild Atlantic way 🥰
